Worst stay ever. Gave me a dirty room with stains on my mattress and broken doors and bed. Left the place 4 days before even completing my reservation. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Later they turned this around on me saying that i should have told them about this which I already did the first day. Please consider booking somewhere else.

hotel collected extra amount rs.1764 but they won't provide bills wrist experience with this hotel booking time one price shows at the time of checkin they collected extra payment and they won't provide proper bill

Do not book very poor And dirty room even the wash room Also very bad water also dirty even no windows and And Room maintain very cheap and dirty

Staff's behaviour is horrible. I booked by make my trip but they forced me to pay extra rs 500- for getting room. Don't recommended this room for family and any other.

On reaching the hotel they show us some wierd app claiming that its the booking partner app and demanded pending amount to be paid whereas in make my trip it shows amount completely paid. That was unprofessional of them to demand money on top of the fully paid amount. If they were daying is true that then Make my trip has to let us know if there is any pending amount to be paid.

Very worst, not even room key working. First impression s worst, i am entering to check in. Receptionist is telling your not booked room. Very worst ambience. Very poor maintenance. Very dirty

The property asked for extra money even though full payment was made in advance. The property is not worth the price. They didn’t provide basic facilities as well. No toiletries were provided. The booking mentioned complimentary breakfast but they denied to provide it. The hotel staff was also not of great help. They were more money minded, trying to extort money in whichever way possible

this hotel is an entirely different hotel. They didn't provide towels or toiletries. At the last mattress, u can feel only springs on the name of cushion. Please don't book this hotel.

Please don’t even think about staying here. Everything here is bad. The room was dirty, washroom was dirty. I booked with breakfast room but when i reached there they said no breakfast is available because there is no restaurant in the hotel.

Here's a corrected version of the sentence: "at the time of check-in, they asked me for an extra 1000 rupees while i had already made full payment in advance. However, the issue was resolved after talking to makemytrip customer care" toilet was smelling, bathroom glass was dirty, hand wash bottle was not working properly, no moisturizer provided, only a small medimix soap was provided. Second days i request for soap said send it to your room not send. Bathroom lights were dim, bed was bending and making sounds when sitting or sleeping. Despite staying for four days, the room was cleaned only twice. The road was very narrow, staff was uncooperative, and breakfast was not provided even though it was included in the hotel change. They did not provide water bottles but took away my own small water bottle. Overall, a very bad experience"

The property was not clean when i was checking in the owner asked me to pay more rs 300 i dint knw y it was pathetic stay we check out next morning only we had a booking for 2 day but we checked out

Worst hygiene, property asking for more money on the spot apart from the money u have paid on mm t, photos are exactly opposite of what the property is which is worst.

I have booked it a day before the Check in date. The hotel staff asked me for extra amount for the check in,i tried to talk to the customer care but didn’t get any response.I was left with no option and i had to pay the extra amount for check in.The hotel staff were very rude.Room was untidy and there were cockroaches and lizards allover.Overall experience was terrible and i wouldn’t book a room in Oyo ever again
