Super Townhouse Saket Residency Near Saket Metro

This stay was Very bad experience in my life ..I very suffered for checking I reached hotel at 2pm but Hotel person told booking was not showing than I talked oyo customer service after many long conversation with oyo customer service, I get checking by 6 pm

The hotel wasn’t clean. Smells like cigarette, all the time, even the bathrooms and also the sheets. No parking space available location hard to find.

The room was not clean. The bedsheets were unwashed and smelly. The floor was not cleaned. The staff was also not friendly and asked for extra check-in money. It was seriously a terrible experience

Not even a proper hotel. It's a big flat divided into small rooms and they even don't provide a lock and key. They serve used soaps, used pillow covers and the room is extremely unclean. No pleasantries, nothing. Lift doesn't work, no etiquette and demeanor. Hotel room is pretty bad. Don't step into this hotel.

The hotel is very unhygienic, not cleaned, room locks are broken, staff is very rude, no facility of toiletries, smelly bathrooms, furniture is damaged, lifts were not working, cockroaches are everywhere in room, bedside is damaged.
