Room service low lebel, after reporting no any one have, After reaching the hotel, I was only told that room number 105 is for you, I had to carry my luggage to the room myself, I was not given towel, soap and most important drinking water also. My stay there. It was most terrible hotel if my life where I had to bring drinking from RO point myself and I had to buy soap and towel myself. To be honest, tou should remove the name of such hotels from your list.
