Had an issue with checkin as they don't accept passport as id finally checked in after discussing for 30 min. No amenities provided-mini soap, shaving kits or paste. Room smells like an ash tray and the whole room is dust and clutter. Receptionist is arrogant and have no manners. Water heating system is ridiculous. Hot water system doesn't support for 2 people. Breakfast took more than 45 min, it is a room service. Please stay away from this property as it is waste of time and money.
