I ate only breakfast at the hotel, breakfast was amazing and staff behaviour was good, early check in and late check out they were provided charges applicable

Very nice, clean rooms, house keeping staff are very prompt. reception desk staff are excellent make customer very comfortable.

No room cleaning services and worst welcoming of a guest .No one attended to take the luggage to the room and no one to take the luggage at the checkout time. I suggest to boycott this hotel

The hotel is well maintained and the reception is good. The hotel is situated on the main road so it's easily accessible.

Simply we can say, Not worth what you pay! Its kinds of Lodge and not provided toiletries/dental kit. Very old property does not look like those images. I would not recommend this hotel.

this is my 3rd stay at this hotel super rooms and peaceful stay centrally located, New bustand is just opposite the road. railway station- is 20mins away

we were not allowed to stay in the hotel as we had local id. but the property rule allows local id's to stay. But my booking was not cancelled and the payment made was also not refunded

Nice place to stay. Stayed with family for 2 days. Calm ambience besides a busy street. Hassle free car parking. Especially the old person who does room.service is so good. Very customer friendly... I would always recommend staying in this hotel..

Overall experience was good. Room dimension and AC etc were ok. Bathroom shower was not working hence reported to get that serviced. Very good location very nearer to Ganga Hospital hence for my purpose of visit, stay was comfortable.

It’s an Oyo, so you can see a lot of one-night staying couples coming and going. The rooms are stinkingl. Wouldn’t recommend for families. The pictures are old. In real bathrooms are not cleaned and full of dirt everywhere. Want to add something, the minimum star I can give is 3 not 1
