Very Disappointing Stay – Completely Misleading! The rooms are in terrible condition – very bad and dirty. Hot water was not available at all. The toilets were filthy, the seat had turned yellow, and the whole place had a bad smell. Bedsheets, pillows, and everything else were stained and unhygienic showing old and edited photos online which do not match the reality. Nothing about this place is worth the money – completely unacceptable and highly disappointing. Avoid at all costs!

breakfast not good ,and bed is not good.AC automatically temperature will raise and down .for food we have to immediately because of outside fool supply

Room was good untill I found a cockroach and 2 bed bugs in the night Except this rooms were good, hotel is in good location, price were good as well according to location and hotel staff were good too

The place is nice and amenities are also good. Rooms and washroom are clean. They even have facilities like ac and tv. The stay was comfortable

Services offered not satisfactory. Door lock was not functioning. Ac was not functioning well. Tv was not functioning properly. Reception response was poor.

Its a peaceful day i spent there, without any sort of disturbance occurred and the ambiance was quiet good

Location is a little bit confusing as per what they have sent as property location link and actual property doesn’t match. Rest it’s a small space, ideal for a quick rest or a transit. Staff is polite and courteous.

it was excellent it's my 2nd stay here ... rooms are neat and clean ... friendly staff ... over all its best

Though we had booked a deluxe room for 2 for 2 days stay, we were provided only 1 towel and that too was a very old towel. When i requested for a change, the replacement towel was also dirty. Also we have to repeatedly ask for everything be it water bottles or soap. Service is very poor.

Location and comfort fine. Hotel charged extra for mineral water and did not allow to leave the reception at check out until room was checked for damage caused.

Location is good however the breakfast is terrible and no option of lunch and dinner. Since the place has many options outside the hotel we can eat anywhere

It is not for a business traveller. Room lacks amenities, furniture toilet etc are all poorly designed/ made

It's a cozy little place in the heart of the city, walkable from rt c complex and quite near to railway station rooms are spacious, neat and clean very reasonably priced lots of food options nearby

The room wast not good they have given me to beds instead of king bed they changed and bathroom wast not good and clothes wr getting smell that's the reason i have checked out early in morning at 4am
