The hotel was maintained well and near to the Padmanabhaswami temple. Staff was also good. They provide breakfast but a little late. If they provide it before 8 AM, it would be much better.

location is very good... near to all popular landmarks very clean and neat rooms better stay Outside food is allowed. Very good hospitality

Location : best Food : no in house restaurant but Swiggy option for best restaurants available Facilities: real poor, pillow cover wasn’t fresh, room stank; even after checking-in late after 4pm…room wasn’t ready and hastily cleaned Reception: most terrible, cramped and unkept place with lots of bell boys just lazing around and even loud at night

Not provides drinking water,when we enter from outside in room get drainage smell, WC cover damaged, AC not cooling well, not able to contact reception while some necessary times ,

Nothing was working, tv , fan, lights, towel was ripped of already, cleanliness was terribly maintained.

It was little difficult to find the property as there was confusion in the name of property. And there was no contact number available our Auto person asked 02 other auto persons. The Room and bathroom was clean.

Worst check in experience. They shifted to small lodge

My family and I had an extremely disappointing experience yesterday, where we were denied a room despite having a confirmed booking. After undertaking a long journey from Thrissur to Thiruvananthapuram, we were informed upon arrival that no rooms were available. The hotel staff claimed that a room shift had been arranged, but I received no prior communication or update from MakeMyTrip regarding this change. As a result, we were left stranded without accommodation from 10:45 PM until 1:00 AM. Ultimately, we were forced to book an alternative room at our own expense.

The location of the property is good as it is close to Padmanabhaswamy Temple and Railway Station. However, the rooms were not so clean to our liking. Also, they don’t prepare breakfast in the property and they get it as a packed box from outside which is not very convenient.

Even though I booked in advance and Piaf full amount online, when I arrived to property.. two sitting at desk told rooms are full and they didn’t get a customer service to update it. And so he will arrange in his another property km from there. When I intentionally booked a property with a lift and near to temple so it will continent for my family. So there was roller coaster traumatic experience in the middle of the night and the alternative property shown has no lift and rooms were in upper floor and no help with the luggage and there was another who didn’t care at that property. When questioned about no lift or service that just said to contact customer care and left us on the road in the middle of the night around 1 AM. And connecting with customer care was another kind. Where they are suggesting properties far from the place of interest and asking as to goggle near by place so they will book for us and telling alternative property name and google it and to decide whether it’s ok or not.. who will do this in the middle of the night.. they just need to place us at equivalent property. And more over at the first place reservation should us a room when I booked in advance and fully paid and confirmed..

Room has a lot of bugs and ants. Cleanliness is average.

Appears safe.modestly clean. did not have two towers per room (had to ask and was provided). they had laundry trouble so pillows were stinky. approach road was horribly narrow. they promised breakfast (in the rate) but didn't have it and said it would only come at 9;30am from outside, so we had to suffice with coffee which was cold by the time they got it from somewhere else. But they were courteous and tried to be accommodative. they have a plastic still for my ageing mother to bathe, and didn't charge for an extra bed for my driver. good they included car parking. also there was strange noise of action from the room above us. when we reported the loud banging, it stopped. they claimed it was the people making something in the staff kitchen above us (at 9:30pm?? I think something else was cooking!)

the place was clean and we stayed for a night. service was also good. it matches the photo on make my trip

Reserving was simple, the counter staff was outstanding, and the rooms were large and clean with clean baths.

Everything was perfect for a couple's trip. The room was comfortable and staff made us feel welcome and cared for.

Could focus on my solo trip without worrying about accommodation. Everything worked smoothly and staff handled any concerns.

the name of the hotel on the site and when you visit are different. it was difficult to find out the location. when I reached the room, it was not cleaned, there were bed bugs, bad odour in the toilet and mat was wet and dirty

Managed to have a comfortable stay within our budget. Perfect for couples who want quality without overspending.

Children had space to play. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were good with kids. Fair family price.
