Room don't have a dustbin. Toilet flash is broken , toilet reserver uper portion is not there. Central AC automatic off in morning . I contact with reception about but he those time he say I definitely check . But no resolution is done . Most important - 1. Room is not clean when handover to me . In toilet some one is vomating. This is not acceptable. No check point haven't done to clean.

soloWhen booked nobody will call and say that they wont accept it as that will lead to cancellation and loss of customer. But when you reach there, they will say booking is not allowed and we need to book at the counter for double price. This happened at 11pm and we didn’t had any other option other than paying double the price.
