Stay was pathetic and no battery backup AC was not working some time breakfast is outside.hotel food which is not at all good. No proper reception guide no one to take care. Swimming pool is dirty and chargeable which is completely not acceptable.

This is not Hotel its just a third class Guest house Smelly room, no water no slipper no have broken mirror AC inlet water 💦 in room always. No toiletries not even hand wash soap. 3rd class property

Had a good day and property was located in main area. Also room was clean and neat. Staffs are very polite and very helpful. They arrange a bike for me for rent. Also, there was a pool that was plain and neat. Totally enjoyed.

The washroom was pathetic, toilet seat was broker in the room, ac didn’t work, socket was broken and they were like we will charge for swimming pool if I use it. Light was not there for almost 5 hours and at night the temperature was so hot. Never book your stay here

In my trip this is very worst experience faced in the stay. Actually I booked 2 Rooms that too in 4 months advance with paid booking but this hotel people provided me one room in 1st Floor (Room No.108) abother room (Room No.301) in Third Floor that too due to holiday time I accepted but in the Room 108 Bathroom flush is not working so informed to reception person after check-in then within 10 minutes we went outside and given room key to repair that issue, we thought they will take care then night around 9.45 PM when we come back to this hotel they haven't done anything then immediately spoke to and property owner and night shift reception person after 10 minutes that reception person came and seen the fault they never taken any action on this they simply left that issues then water heater is also not worked well plus AC also not worked well some how adjusted slept by two people and next day morning all four people used third floor room no.301 finally Complimentary Break fast they provided for 2 People not 4 people, drinking water also not provided in first floor guest requested itseems then they provided water bottles to them but for third floor they haven't provided. This is very irritating experience i faced this hotel and this holiday mood spoiled by this hotel peoples, I will not recommend this hotel to my circle

The service was not that good. Even in google location they didnot updated there correct location. I literally thought its a fraud as we travelled the full day and tired and the only thing was to rest after reaching the property but the twist was we didnot find the property easily.

The hotel's name is De Heritage. Overall a nice and calm atmosphere. The pool was nice and clean. Mr Hans is a very helpful person.

It was very difficult to locate the place. The property's name is supposedly De Heritage. at 1000 bucks one can't complain much.
