Both of us recommend this hotel. Our room was suitable for two and staff understands what couples need for good stay.

We noticed thoughtful touches everywhere. From the room setup to the small amenities, care was evident in details.

The coffee maker worked great for us. Fresh supplies provided daily. Perfect way to start our mornings together.

Reception staff handled all requests with expertise. They coordinated services well and communicated clearly.

Basic but good quality morning meal. Room had coffee maker which was nice. Staff helped with taxi booking to airport.

What an incredible stay! Great hotel with wonderful service and comfortable rooms. Our bond became unbreakable during our time here.

The room was good, bathroom was ok ok, small and i ate dinner alone there, but they charged very high for a one time meal and not all mentioned amenmenties were available like power backeup ext..rest bed and stay was good

Good for solo business trips. Room had everything I needed to work and staff were professional throughout my entire stay.

Some rats are there in room and my food also damaged by rat.water is not sufficient,they were not provided soap and no door mats,power cut happened by night for 4 times.

Location, food, Amenities were very basic. Services below par. It's more a Hostel than a Hotel facilities.

We reached the property at around 8 pm (25/07/25) & found many guests through different sites were denied accommodation against there booking, the same answer was given to us also, I mentioned that there's a booking confirmation from MMT, in reply they said that all the bookings has been cancelled & we should speak to MMT for anything we want, lot of exchange of words happened in between & suddenly they started saying " one non AC room is available, if we want we can check in" -- we denied as our booking was for AC room; surprisingly within few minutes later they said "one AC room is available" -- we agreed & checked in , however & whatever was the status of the room. These all unwanted things took more than half an hour. I shall definitely say that only you are responsible for all those things what actually happened there.If you go on registering/certifying unchecked properties where the service is so poor & unprofessional naturally we the customers who has faith on you slowly diminish with time. I expect your action & suggestion ( in such situations in future) regarding the matter.

The experience of the stay was terrible, it was really bad. The room was smelling really badly. We had to switch rooms twice. Then also the water was leaking from the air conditioner. We couldn't even sleep. And the staff was also bad and unbothered.

Service is not good at all,. This is actually a hostel which is temporarily converted to hotel. Staff is not trained to handle guest. We arrived at 8pm but still rooms were not ready

Breakfast was not provided. Had to spend separately for the 2 days breakfast for 2 persons.cost 120x4= 480 rupees. room is ok. ac is ok. only one towel provided for 2 persons. food is ok charged 200 rupees/person. water is hard water. wi fi is weak on 2nd floor. had to use hotspot to work Breakfast was not provided. Extremely bad services and help. AC not working, terrible experience, never book this property again

Worst experience ever. The hotel was hard to find, had no customer service, and no food options. There was no electricity, and my brother and I had to stay without a fan in the extreme heat. Would not recommend.
