I am disappointed with my stay due to the condition of the hotel room. The room was not clean, with noticeable dirt and dust on surfaces. The furniture was old and damaged, and the bed was uncomfortable. Additionally, the bathroom was poorly maintained, with issues like lack of hot water. These problems made stay unpleasant and far below my expectations. I hope the management takes immediate steps to improve the room quality for future guests.or make my trip have remove this hotel from list

worst hotel, Ac not working, Changed my room 3 times , broken doors, No towels given, and after all this their staff asking for tips for this bad quality service. Water leaking in washroom, Reception staff non cooperative, asking for printout page of booking. NEVER EVER BOOK AT THIS HOTEL. Don't fall for their prices.

Worst of worst- 7 hours staying experience

Horrible experience! My check in was late hours- one night stay morning flight from RGIA. Single AC room- all switches and board are damaged; no outside lock for attached bathroom; no towel provided; bathroom dirty and nothing washed; termite and cockroach in the room; tropical bad smell in room; initial AC not functioning after 30/40 minutes it was functional
