Surajgarh Fort

It was a good experience. The rooms were spacious and it had a homely feel to it. The staff was very cooperative and obedient. The food quite nice. The facilities can be improved though to make the experience more comfortable.

worst experience we ever had...cost is like 5start hotel and the basic things like flush was not working..some electrical issue so no power for one hour..they didnt even switch on power backup...just worst ,very bad...normal 2nd grade lodge is better than this..commod in no:5 th room is completely stainy..

This was the worst stays I had ever stayed. The ac was not working, there were no amenities in the rooms as well no telephones. Even no one was available at reception. Rooms were rusty and sheets were not clean and no housekeeping staff was available for room cleaning in three days stay.

People were very supportive, but literally it is abandoned and feeling scared to stay alone (family), not clean facility, duped and hoax pictures and bogus availability and preference shown . The room I stayed, no one has been there seems for long time, there was open milkmaid sachets and opened sugar packets which were from 2022 in the room and had been spoiled and rotten. People were humanitarian and helped and took care, good people. I saw lot of construction and expansion going. We had literally spent for one room two day stay , but it is not worth the money. Too much internal and cut off from the main roads and had to relay only on external cars or if possible get ur own car, we are from south india.Literally my family felt like staying in jail.

Palace is converted into a hotel so it is slightly old (in terms of construction and interiors. They are renovating the place so i expect things to improve and become better. The staff was very good and service provided in their inhouse restuarant was excellent. Cost wise it is slightly expensive but overall i had a good experience staying at the hotel.

It’s scary to leave at such a deserted resort with limited food options. Not at all recommended from safety point of view

Accomodation was good. Food in the restaurant was excellent.

Average room cleanliness. Common areas need to be cleaned and repairs required and needs renovation. Not at all worth the room rates. Dark at night.

Stay was good. However on reaching the hotel, i was told that there are no rooms available. They just kept saying that we have to cancel the booking ourselves as they are expecting some russian guests. After having an argument and discussion for around 30-40 mins, they agreed. And things didn't end here. The rooms which we were offered were not even the same. Even no wifi was offered. Stay was not that good. Our stay with family in this place is remarkable, rooms are clean and good though you can’t find a telephone to order sevice to reception desk but you can call through mobile and get the needed help very less staff but very helpful and attentive

This place is not fit for stay as the property is not maintained and the rooms are weird, no internet, hygiene is horrible, building safety is an issue, electricals are obsolete. It’s a non functional property. Exorbitant prices and tariff. I will not recommend it was horrible

Great heritage property and excellent manager. Stayed two nights and visited nearby towns to experience a flavor of rajasthan. The support staff is lazy and unprofessional. However, the property manager was extremely professional and personally made us feel comfortable.

The property is beautiful and the authenticity has been maintained. However, the service is not professional though the staff tried their best to be helpful. Also, not much variety of food is available and there is not enough lighting. There were only two young boys who did their best to help, but definitely not enough to service guests and the property.

Rooms are very good and fooding specially but they need renovation but over all very good property

Stinking room, uncomfortable drive to the location, spiders in bed, peeling paint from the walls, mold in cupboards, non functional fan and ac in a stuffy, unventilated room. Worst experience ever. Garden view room not given as per booking.

Location is too bad. We had to follow narrow roads from where only a single vehicle can go, if another vehicle is coming you would be stuck. It felt like a walled jail with stinking rooms, short of staff. I wish this should not have been listed on makemytrip.

Property is well maintained. Food is good. Especially chief t apish is excellent cook. People like sunil are hospitable.
