Staff and manager were unhelpful, never accommodating any request, and lacked customer service attitude.

everything was extraordinary except for the room cleaning service. but everything else was really really good!

Location is good and staff is good too

suraksha stay is very neat and hygienic, whenever i visit Bangalore,i mostly stay at suraksha stay. very Good hotel.

Clean rooms. Nearby many resturant and other shops. Reliance smart nazar is also new.outside the hold environment is crowdy and little bit dirty.

Easy to find the hotel location and facilities private parking. Rooms are spacious, however The bed and mattresses are not good.

I am very disappointed with the service. I had booked a king bed but was given two single mattresses instead, which was very uncomfortable. The room was not cleaned during my stay, and the floor felt sandy under my feet. Overall, the room’s vibe was not at all positive, and the experience was quite poor.

Room service could have been better. Water was dripping from ac and was not properly maintained.

Main issue was tap water. It is very stinky. Poor room service and not amenities as mentioned in MMT

The hotel is excellent in this range, near the main road you can easily reach there via bus and auto or any other public transport. The cleaning is perfect and the room size is much bigger than i expected.

The property is good, the rooms are spacious. But coming to the staff part they are too horrible. Unprofessional staff. The two members at the reception don't know how to talk with customers. Non polite and rude behaviour . The whole day lift was not working . Water was coming out of AC, many more guests were also having the same issue. Management please change the staff otherwise very soon u will be a state to close the property.

Stayed here for a day. It was a Good experience overall.
