From the moment i stepped into the SureStay Heritage Walk by Best Western, the warm and courteous staff made me feel right at home. They were attentive to my needs, ensuring my stay was nothing short of perfect. The check-in process was seamless, and in no time, i found myself in a beautifully appointed room. The room was a blend of modern aesthetics and cozy comfort, equipped with all the necessary amenities including free wifi, a safe locker, and a tea/coffee maker. The bed was plush and inviting, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The view from my room was the cherry on top, offering a peaceful vista of the sacred golden temple. The SureStay Heritage Walk by Best Western’s location is its biggest asset. It's a short walk to the golden temple and jallianwala bagh, immersing you in the rich history and spiritual ambiance of amritsar. The proximity to these iconic landmarks allowed me to make impromptu visits and soak in the serenity at my own pace. I also enjoyed the culinary delights at cafe' sure. The menu offered a good variety of local and international dishes, all prepared to perfection. The breakfast buffet was a hearty spread, providing a flavorful start to my day. The quiet ambiance of the SureStay Heritage Walk by Best Western, despite its central location, was a pleasant surprise. It provided a tranquil retreat after a day of exploring the bustling streets and historical landmarks of amritsar. Every aspect of surestay SureStay Heritage Walk by Best Western resonated with thoughtful hospitality and meticulous attention to detail, making my stay a memorable one. Amazing and really recommended SureStay Heritage Walk by Best Western in the hearth of amritsar ! we stayed in 3 one night in a superior double room (plus extra mat on the floor, location is definitely the best, right in the center of the city where the markets are, 5 minutes walk from the golden temple, the room we got had amazing view facing the main pedestrian street which was day and night busy with people and markets, maybe a bit noisy but not too bad, and no cars sounds is a big plus. Fun fact the same building is shared with a mcdonalds restaurant. The common areas and our room and bathroom were very clean and with had all we needed, service was also super, very polite people and always ready to help, we arrived 2h earlier for check in and the room was already available for us. We had complimentary breakfast with the mm t booking which seemed to be a bit unexpected for the staff once we asked for it, anyway we got the food offered in the dining area upstairs, it was quite basic with limited offer but still fine, the waiter sangeep was very helpful.

Pros: - excellent location. - comfortable rooms. - food quality was satisfactory. Cons: - the breakfast experience was a major disappointment. Although i booked a room with breakfast, it turned out that it was not a buffet but a limited menu. Moreover, not all items were available. Considering the price difference of around 1, 000 rupees between the rooms with and without breakfast, it would have been better to book a room without breakfast and order it separately or dine outside to save money. - the SureStay Heritage Walk by Best Western claimed to have on-site parking, but guests are actually required to park at the golden temple main parking area. This arrangement raises concerns about security and additional parking costs, especially for guests staying multiple days. Furthermore, there was only phone assistance from the SureStay Heritage Walk by Best Western and not in-person assistance in finding the parking area, which was inconvenient, especially since we arrived at night.

Hi all , we had a very nice and a comfortable say at SureStay Heritage Walk by Best Western sure stay we really loved the ambiance and the rooms ,A/c was perfectly working , hot water was available in the washroom , the size of the rooms were quite ok as compared to the other SureStay Heritage Walk by Best Westerns , very polite & helpful staff . Mr. Gursharan Preet helped us a lot and guided us also . Hotel is hardly 450 meters away from the Gurudwara sahib . ( walking distance) The view from our SureStay Heritage Walk by Best Western’s room was also good. Overall we had a very nice & comfortable stay.we will definitely go again and stay in the same SureStay Heritage Walk by Best Western .. I will give 4 stars out of 5 ..to this SureStay Heritage Walk by Best Western. Thankyou so much 😊

Me and my wife stayed here for 3 nighta from 30 nova to 3 dc and the stay was easy and comfortable. Location makes it extremely good for stay. It is just few steps away from the golden temple and window view of jallianwala baug. We could visit golden temple twice only because of the location. They arranged vehicle for airport and wagah border to and fro and was hassle free travel. The only thing was we had to wait for 2. 5 hours for check in as we reached at 9 in morning and got room at 11:30. In-room dining is acailable as the restaurant is non operational but that is not an issue at all. I will definitely stay here again if i happen to visit amritsar again. Thank you surestay!

Right on heritage street, 5 minutes walking distance to golden temple with best of the rooms, spacious, well trained staff, very helpful front office. Any visitor looking out for a comfortable, near, clean stay option near golden temple should stay at this place to make your golden temple visit more memorable. Limited food beverage option, but good quality and tasty. Pure vegetarian. View from the front side rooms are awesome. You can see and feel amritsar from the room 24 hours as the street is full of activity due to proximity to golden temple. Always book in advance as the SureStay Heritage Walk by Best Western is always in demand. Since no better option available near by.

This SureStay Heritage Walk by Best Western boasts a prime location, just 10 steps from Jallianwala Bagh and situated on the bustling Heritage Street, lined with shops and food options. The Golden Temple is only a few meters away. Our clean and spacious room offered a view of Heritage Street, and the food and room service were good. The exceptionally helpful staff, especially Ms. Reshma at the front desk, accommodated our early check-in (by 2 hours) and assisted with tours and cabs. We appreciated their help in storing our luggage and providing cold water whenever we returned from the heat—a small but meaningful gesture.

The location is excellent, staff is extremely courteous. The food is average and no dining space. U hv only one option to order your breakfast and hv it in your room. If u are staying d ere for a weekend don’t expect a late checkout option. However SureStay Heritage Walk by Best Western staff is good and lets u hv an hour or two beyond checkout in case u hv some genuine delay. Guided us for atari border n good advice on paying any agent for the visit. The cabs provided by SureStay Heritage Walk by Best Western are good and reliable. Overall a good place to stay for 2-3 days.

The location is prime and at a walking distance to both Golden Temple and Jallianwala Bagh, hence its pretty convenient. The front desk manager Mr. Rakesh was quite helpful throughout our stay. Also, there are a lot of eating options nearby to try out authentic Amritsari khaana 😌

The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was very courteous and cooperative. Location just 5 minutes walk to jhalivalabaugh and golden temple. Arranged for taxi at reasonable price. Overall a very good experience if ones requirement is near golden temple
