From the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warm hospitality, and the check-in process was quick and seamless. The front desk staff was professional, courteous, and very accommodating, making me feel welcome right away. Rooms & cleanliness the room i stayed in was spacious, well-lit, and immaculately clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with soft pillows and fresh, high-quality linens, ensuring a restful sleep. The air conditioning worked perfectly, maintaining a pleasant temperature throughout my stay. The bathroom was spotless, equipped with fresh towels and quality toiletries, which added a touch of luxury. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, ensuring my room remained tidy and well-stocked every day. All common areas were regularly sanitized, and the SureStay Plus by Best Western Amritsar staff followed strict cleanliness protocols. There was 24/7 security, and i always felt safe during my stay. The well-lit hallways and secure entry points added an extra layer of comfort, ensuring that guests could relax without any concerns. Dining experience the complimentary breakfast was a highlight of my stay. The buffet featured a great selection of fresh and delicious options, including eggs, waffles, pastries, fresh fruits, and a variety of beverages. The dining area was clean, well-organized, and spacious, making for an enjoyable dining experience each morning. Staff & customer service the SureStay Plus by Best Western Amritsar staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They were always available to assist with any requests and provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. Their genuine hospitality made a huge difference in my overall experience. Constructive feedback the only minor suggestion i have is to improve the soundproofing in the rooms, as i occasionally heard noise from the hallway. However, this was a small inconvenience that did not significantly affect my stay. Final thoughts overall, surestay plus SureStay Plus by Best Western Amritsar exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The combination of comfortable accommodations, excellent service, and great amenities made for a truly enjoyable stay. location of SureStay Plus by Best Western Amritsar is excellent. market is just below the SureStay Plus by Best Western Amritsar. The SureStay Plus by Best Western Amritsar is park facing where we can do morning walk and excercise in open Gym. rooms are very comfortable. staff is very cooperative.

It was nice, cosy and clean stay. Its accessible and at a prominent location. There are lot of places ro shop, eat and have a walk around. Room is also nicely done up. This is my 2nd stay. Just get the towels spruced up a bit please.

Stay was good, Food quality was good, Service was Prompt. not good maintenance in Washroom, Pillow cover was not fresh.

Hotel was clean, neat and well maintained. Good location with all major points of interest in close distances.

Best rooms. N staff was cooperative.
