The AC was not working.after reporting they didn't change the room or not repaired the AC. WE Were two people. even though the washroom kit provided only one. The washroom door was demolished. Of course they did one when we left a shirt, when we we leftthe room. they called and informed us.

Yes I had a very excellent experience in Surya Hotel their behaviour hospitality all were outstanding they took care of us and whenever I called them they reached in my room within 2 minutes overall it was satisfiable yes of course I would recommend this hotel to my relatives and friends

services are not good and staffs are also not co operative. 40 rs for 1 cup tea which is like anything. charges are too high compared to the services and cleaness.

Not value for money. I had booked a premium room. Though room was good, but furniture are full of dust, poor cleanliness. Food was good. Breakfast ordered to provide at 8.30am, but they served at 7.45am before I was ready for Breakfast. TV was not working. Informed to hotel staff but no action taken. Overall not satisfactory. My previous stay was also not comfortable. As this is the only hotel available inside the city hotel is costly.

The reception staff needs to be cordial. I had read it before going and i faced it, staff at the reception is rude arrogant. They gave a room 203 which i had booked way before others had booked in the hotel. The room had seepage in the ceiling, the washbasin bowl was terrible with the tap leaning in to touch the bowl. I complained within 1 h but they kept on saying will resolve it until 20h passed and finally shifted us to another room that is 202. I learn t both rooms had the same pricing and ceiling lights, sofa, bed support linen everything was better in all other rooms. Yet they gave me the worst room. Also i had paid more online as i had booked a premium room. Please educate the reception staff about manners and professionalism. There are already way too many bad reviews about their manners. Priced but you have to raise your issues if you want a room you paid for. Else it is as good as a basic lodge room 203

There is no facility any kind in this property, no tv as well as no cleaning as expected. Check before stay

Hotel was quite good but overpriced as compared to the type of room and service and cleaness. Food was good but too priced.

Clean spacious room. Staff are polite. Attention to some details are missing e. G. Remote for tv not available, cupboard for keeping clothes was not clean. Overall an overpriced place to stay for the value/amenities it offers.
