Surya Kiran Heritage Hotel

I stayed with family for 3 nights and enjoyed the stay here. The facility does not have a swimming pool or Jim, but that is not needed as the location is very nice. There is garden nearby where you can go for walking. Miramar Beach is also nearby for enjoying seashore and take a bath in the Arabian sea. Location: 5/5 Right in the middle of the city, near seashore. Market is also nearby for shopping, Miramar Beach is 5 mins distance on car or bike. Cruises points are also within 5 mins distance on bike or 15 mins walking. Food:- 4/5 Very limited food options are available especially for pure veg foodies. But whatever options available are very tasty ones. Breakfast is also unlimited and tasty one. We enjoyed all our breakfast and dinners in the Surya Kiran Heritage Hotel. All-day dinner is also available. Service:- 3/5 Service is bit slower than most of Surya Kiran Heritage Hotels. If you are planning to stay here, it's recommended that you order the food at least 30-45 mins in advance. Amenities:- This is old bungalow and room are very big in size. Rooms are kept very clean including bedding. All necessary things are available in rooms. Shower in the room is big enjoyment. Extra facilities like swimming pools or Jim are not available here. I feel like this Is like a 5-star restaurant. I would like to go back if gets a chance.

Had a lovely stay at this centrally located Surya Kiran Heritage Hotel in Panjim. It's beautifully decorated, has a tiny art gallery and they have maintained the old Portuguese vibe in the property. The neighborhood is very good with Campal gardens across the road, Miramar beach just 2.km away and some really good restaurants within walking distance. Oh ya, the floating casinos on Mandovi river is also 10 minute walk away. Highly recommended.
The room lock was not secure, they need to make it better. Everything else was perfect. Really glad I chanced upon this Heritage Home in Panjim. It's centrally located, close about 2.5 km away to the miramar beach with some good restaurants nearby.

An absolutely gorgeous heritage villa combined with very well done rooms and a extremely helpful staff makes for the perfect stay in Goa. The place has a charm and in the hustle bustle of a city this quaint place is just what you need to unwind. Kudos to team Surya Kiran and thanks for making our stay wonderful in all ways.
The stay was spectacular and the staff very friendly. I highly recommend this place for someone looking to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay in Goa especially enjoying the Heritage aspect of it.

Excellent property with warmly staff catering to all our needs. We were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded us with Superior and Suite room. All rooms are very aesthetically designed with warm ambiance. Excellent amenities provided with luxury.

The property is good and well maintained, l1.5 km from Panjim area, getting and auto and taxi is little difficult because of the location. The staff is well behaved and cooperative, Mr. Vijay Singh and Mr. Kishan gave good service, only issue is with the pricing of the foods which is costly need to reduce on the same.
The price of the food is costly which need to be reduced.

Very nice Hotel in Panji, location near Miramar Beach, well behavior of vall staff of this Hotel, tasty and spicy food provided by the restaurant. Overall feeling best in Goa in the Hotel.

This is a beautifully restored portuguese colonial house with small number of rooms. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Though there's a restaurant in house, I only had breakfast at the Hotel. This is a great choice if you want peace and quiet in the heart of Goa.

Hotel was amazing. The staff was very polite and friendly, location is near pan him problem is we didn't get taxis easily, the Surya Kiran Heritage Hotel. Interiors is amazing and worth staying, but the food is little costly compared to he varieties and quantities.

Lovely place, very well kept, beautiful paintings. Heritage building with all modern amenities. Staff lead ably, the manager are very friendly and most helpful. Located close to Casino and Miramar beach. Strongly recommend this place.

Perfect for a Heritage villa stay. We got the Marrom room on the first floor. The bathroom is amazingly huge spacious and the room is very comfy. Loved the stay. Extremely attentive staff.

The location of the Hotel is in the heart of Goa, very calm and peaceful. The Hotel staffs are very good and there service is outstanding. A really Heritage Hotel.

Conveniently located to many places but as the Surya Kiran Heritage Hotel is only 1 year old most of the taxi drivers don't know at the place. Breakfast was excellent and service was great.
