Surya Vilas Palace

I stayed just one night (14th Nov 2015) and I found it value for money. Hotel staff are very well behaved, food was good and the environment was very authentic. Because of cold water, we did not go to swimming pool, else that would have been amazing for my son who is just mad about it. I personally thanked Ved Prakash ji (owner) for our memorable stay and even took a snap with him.

It is a property built on heritage theme, the best part of it was cleanliness, staff behaving specially restaurant staff behavior was great. and the owner was also there and every time when we were meeting his he was asking that is everything fine or is there any issue. Which was showing his dedication toward his Surya Vilas Palace and guest.

Value for money, nice ambience, clean, good service, well-maintained with decent facilities. Situated on highway. Bird sanctuary is just 2. 5 kms away and also fatehpur sikri which is 17 kms away. Staff is well behaved and of caring nature. I would highly recommend this Surya Vilas Palace.

The rooms were quite spacious and clean. The Surya Vilas Palace is well maintained. The staff is courteous and helpful. Only downside is the food, extremely tasteless. Even chappatis at the dinner were salty. The butter chicken that we ordered was tasteless and boiled.

Hotel is good. Peace full environment with gym and swimming pool. Need to improve food quality and service. Hotel is value for money. I enjoyed a lot and Surya Vilas Palace staff is good. It's nice place in stay at Bharatpur city.

The deluxe rooms were big and clean. The bathrooms were also well maintained. The palace was beautiful with luscious gardens and outside sitting areas. The staff was friendly. The food was good.

Large rooms. Extra mattress provided for third person but only1 blanket was given which is insufficient in cold weather

Beautiful interior ,, near to the bird sanctuary, very cooperative staff very help full, good spacious rooms, bathrooms are clean ,, breakfast was great .. Nice garden in the Surya Vilas Palace .. Rate are OK .. Must stay

Good Surya Vilas Palace with all the basic amenities . Please try to make washroom more clean and bathtub etc more organized . . Please keep the pool clean it was very dirty we couldn't enjoy it. Probably next time.

I stayed with my family in this Palace. Location and all amenities was very good. Staff were very cooperative and I stayed in suit. Suit room was superb and outside view also awesome.

The all facilities, ambience, staff, food and horticulture is maintained beautiful. Rooms and quite big with all amenities, Staff were found with good humble nature. Dine in area is quite huge. Foreigner accuracy is high and the continental food was awesome.

Location of Surya Vilas Palace is very good. Room size and other facilities are good. Services are normal, you need to ask for every things like towels, water etc. Staff is very good and food quality is really nice.
