Suryavilas Luxury Resort & Spa

The stay at suryavilas was rather a random one. I was hunting for a luxury destination in hills and found the resort. The location is convenient and only a small portion of road to Suryavilas Luxury Resort & Spa is narrow. The resort perse is well and spaciously laid out. The staff if well trained and courteous. Pool on top of 4th floor to include a baby pool is a major attraction for kids. The pool table and table tennis are available in the play area. Food in the restaurent is well prepared and akin to what to get in any star Suryavilas Luxury Resort & Spa. The icing on the cake is the Suryavilas Luxury Resort & Spa manager mr varun sharma who is an excellent human being and well aware of the customer requirements. The staff especially the restaurent manager were very nice to us and surpriced us with a complimentary dessert. Overall the stay was as good as one could imagine. Best wishes to team suryavilas

Resort is good, massive and well maintained. Multiple facilities to spend time at resort. Spa, wellness, pool, table tennis, lot of space for kids to play and best part is infinity pool. Worst part - resort is located in outskirts and secluded area, so you cant go out to eat nearby. Most of your meals are at the resort and Suryavilas Luxury Resort & Spa knows this and take advantage of it by charging exuberantly for food. When was the last you had a chapati for rs 120? service - its very slow, specially on weekends. Maximum rush is on the weekends and the resort is not adequately staffed to manage. If you are ordering anything in your room during breakfast or dinner time, be ready to wait for at least an hour. Overall good stay!

The resort is not bad, although it is a premium property but it really needs to improve on few of the items listed below to actually be on par with the other premium resorts. 1) they desperately need resort carts / club carts / golf cars as the resort is spread over a large area and it can be steep for walking around. They have a omni car but its very comfortable. 2) the cottages don’t have a good premium feel to it, very average. Now onto the good things : very courteous staff, good swimming pool area, good restaurant decor and good food. With a few improvements there is really a great scope to be at par with the international resort chains. Overall i would recommend going to this resort.

The stay at Suryavilas was a memorable one, thanks to the staff. Though the entire team members were extremely responsive yet I would specifically like to applaud the f&b team. They really took note of needs of our toddler and never failed to impress. A special note of thanks to mr. Suraj, mr. Vivek and mr. Hirok for being courteous and making sure that the experience is indeed top class.

The property is extremely beautiful. The scenic beauty is mesmerizing. Staff is very polite and extremely helpful. We were staying our 1. 5 year old and the staff was happy to go an extra mile to make us feel comfortable. But at the end, we felt that the value for money was still not there. Breakfast had limited options. Rooms were ok ok types. Nothing special about the rooms,

Grit experience. Perfect location to spend your holidays in a safe n secure, fully hygienic environment. Food cooked with love relished by kids as otherwise we use to convince them for meals but here no such worries were there. Served with everything we ordered n beyond menu delicacies. Overall the stay was good, rooms are extra specious with a nice view of the valley. I must add that the bathrooms are unbelievably spacious and huge. Hotel staff was courteous, food was good too. Its a nice weekend gateway near delhi, especially for those who don’t want to drive to extreme hills, last 5 km stretch is very patchy and one needs to drive carefully.

Amazing property with a very pleasant and warm staff who would always be around to pamper you. Specially the food was just you expect from the best in Suryavilas Luxury Resort & Spa industry, everything was just perfect if u are on a short or long stays. Entire staff n team a+ for keeping our stay so pleasant. Looking forward to visit again with friends.

The moment we reached the resort we got a good vibe of the place, very well maintained property. Rooms were very comfortable with big washrooms. Food was good and the staff was very polite and humble. We would recommend this place for all to visit and enjoy the calm atmosphere.

Nice place to stay with family

We booked in third week of july 22. The property is excellent with lot of open space and beautiful scenery. One pool side once could enjoy sonic beauty and take enjoy the weather. Room was excellent with lot of space and amenities. Food is little expensive however quality is excellent. Staff is very cooperative and supportive.

It was absolutely amazing property, full of nature around, neat & clean, perfect pool beautiful restaurant. Awesome food is a bonus with this.

Location had a drawback in the approach Road. The way to Resort is a tattered Road damaging your vehicle And discouraging you to proceed ahead. A small percentage of profit if spent on the approach Road can bring hundreds of tourist in addition to the current footfall.

The place is perfect for all age groups. Must visit for relaxation and peace.
