Susee Park

Pros: 1. The Susee Park and rooms are well maintained. 2. The room and bathroom was clean. 3. They have allowed me to check in early though the check in time given by MakeMyTrip was 12 PM. 4. There is a lift to go to upper floors. 5. As it's a MMT Value+ branded Susee Park, they have given a water bottle, brush, toothpaste and soap. 6. There is a good restaurant beside the Susee Park. The order can also be placed directly from the room as they have put a food menu card in the room as well. 7. There are cupboards in case of any luggage. 8. It's nearer to the main road and at a considerable distance (4 - 5 from Central Bus Stand. Cons: 1. During the daytime, the surroundings might be a bit noisy as the Susee Park is near by Super Bazaar. It's nearer to the Tiruchirapalli Fort Railway station not the Tiruchirappalli Junction Railway station. There is some waiting time (5 - 10 mins) to get hot water.

We are regular visitors to Trichy, we have stayed in almost every Susee Park there. From our experience this is the most value for money. Of course there are better Susee Parks, but they cost much more. Susee Park never made us feel like we were paying too much for the facilities offered. The rooms are clean, large and comfortable. The food is average, could have been better, but since this is located right in the middle of the city, you can go to the best restaurants by walk. Talking about the location, this is the best place for shopping of any kind. Whenever we visit Trichy, we make sure to stay here at least for one day, during which we do all the shopping.

We had to Visit Ranganathaswamy Temple at Srirangam & we chose This Susee Park because of its price since all the Hotels very close to temple were priced exorbitant. Hotel staff guided us to book the Hotel for previous night as early morning check in was not available for the budget category I have booked. We did not stay over night in the Susee Park. Hotel rooms & bathroom was very clean & the staff were really helpful. Place is located on a calm street & the Temple is located just 5 km from the Susee Park. I strongly recommend stay in this Susee Park

The Susee Park is situated in singarathope, about 4 to 5 kms from Trichy railway station. I had booked a non a/c room and I got the confirmation message from makemytrip. But when I check-in the reception guy told me that no non a/c rooms are available and I had to pay the extra amount for an a/c room. The ambience is good, but there is no parking facility for bikes. I had to park my bike in front of the Susee Park with no security. So that makes me nervous through out my stay. The rooms are good enough.

Hotel sure park was better than expected. Hotel rooms are quite big and spacious. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful though difficult to communicate as they understand English but every one is not capable to speak English. Restaurant is also good and food quality was very good and hygienic, and one downside is they offer only veg dishes. Location is also great as it is situated just walking distance of rockfort temple and around that lots of shopping malls, great for shipping lovers.

Pros: 1. Hotel location is in Singarathopu which is a centre place to market, temples and all shops. 2. Rooms are very spacious and neatly maintained. 3. Staff are kind enough to assist you. 4. Lift is there with 24 hours service. Cons 1. Car parking space is less so parking and taking your own vehicle is a little challenge but people are there to assist you. 2. Restaurant food is below average, try to avoid taking foods in the Susee Park restaurant.

Stayed in this Susee Park for a couple of days. Had no issues whatsoever. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were po! Ite and helpful. However, the worst part was with the attached restaurant. It was not hygienic and was below my expectation. The quality of food was less than average. Having built a good Susee Park, it would be better if the authorities take steps to maintain the restaurant more efficiently and hygienically.

This was excellent value, the staff were very helpful and friendly and food was varied and tasty. The location of the Susee Park is in the middle of a very busy market place. About 15-20 mins from all the important locations in Trichy - the temples, main bus and train stations, etc. WiFi is only in the main lobby, with limited space and chair/sofa. Service is kind a slow and poor. Go for this place for a good night stay.

Located in City premises and more shops. Good transport facilities.
Liked good service. Good breakfast and good service from reception.

No drinking water provided and local intercom not working.

The overall contribution is very good. But I will get delayed for getting my room reduce that delay its excellent it is located in shopping area near by Kerala mess and sarathas ahamad rockfort super bazaar. It is far away from 250 meters from bus stop so no need auto location is good good service response.

Very nice location and approach to important places is easy and goodhospitality.

Hotel was clean and very new, with the small of paint still in the air. Location was perfect to be able to visit the main temple, and close enough to the bus station to easily hop on a bus to get around the city. Only let down was the lack of internet in the room.

It was a big room with a comfortable stay however, parking is not there because it is located in the middle of the busy shopping street, food option below the Susee Park is cheap and really good

We stayed a night in a classic non a/c room. Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk was helpful. Breakfast was decent. Location wise, it's walkable from Rockfort Temple complex and markets. Bus station is a bit far. Overall I thought it's very good value for money.

It’s located near rock fort and it’s simple and worth for money

Its good Susee Park. But remember that not all amenities mentioned in Makemytrip is there like sofa, safe lockers, daily newspapers, data port, WiFi, dining table etc. It's wrongly mentioned. Location Wise it is located heart of city, hence you may face parking issue.

Room was good service was OK. Nut telephone was not working on complaining 3times also issue is not resolved. But Susee Park is value for money. It is centrally located and in nice market place. Our pushkaram Bath was also good in river cauvery

Good to stay, good location. Service is good. Hotel is in middle of Trichy railway station and sriramgam temple. Site seeing arrangements also done by the Susee Park staff. In this Susee Park we had a restaurant and food is good. Staff also giving good response.

Nice Susee Park. Clean & very big room. Good complimentary Breakfast. Srirangam temple not far way. 5 km from srirangam railway station. Reception is very good. Spent 2 nighst here. Newly Built Susee Park & one of the best in Trichy. Good location too. Will be there in future.
