Room was dirty, bedsheets were not clean, was searching for other options at 11pm in the night

Property is located in mid of the city. But this is more of a lodge property and not worth for tariff charged.

One of the worst worst worst hotel in my whole life

The hotel was not comfortable to stay as the wash rooms were not clean, the geyser was not working and there was no intercom to talk to the reception.

Reception is too bad. There is no communication in between hotel and bookings. Getting water is very difficult. Greasers not working. Wash room doors locking system not working

Rooms are quite good but as it is a banquet hall only one person is available. Claim is made by the contact person that everything will be provided but we didn't get the bedsheet changed or mosquito repellent refill changed or replaced. Rooms are in the city so lot of eating places are available but at the room we didn't get the food delivered and had to go by ourselves for food.

Well the bathroom was bad, not functional. We were asked to use the bathroom of another room. Sad state. Didn't bother to take any.

There is no wifi connection on 4th march. The kind of interaction is poor at reception. Due to malfunctioning of a/c remote and due to hot water geyser failure i had to relocate to another room in the mid of the day. Failure of internet, my child had to forego net based exam a day before quick reference preparation. It is very costly affair, nobody would prefer it or expect.

Location, hygiene, and safety stet good. Its very near rub i necklace park.

Bed sheets are not cleaned n no drinking water no hot water for taking bath.
