The stay at the Svenska Design Hotel was excellent but the food options and quality was not as what i had previously experienced at the Svenska Design Hotel. The Svenska Design Hotel staff seem to be new and had hard time understanding the requirements of the customer. I ordered a cheese omlette on 2 different days and had received a 2 different varieties of omlettes that was not even close to the cheese omlette.

Room facilities and staff hospitality is very good. South indian breakfast is stale and inferior quality. All items like idle and up-ma are not having the natural taste. The idle batter is days old and idlies are sour. When i complained, next day the mixed sugar in the batter and managed the taste. In kakinada we expect quality breakfast. Pooris and curry are very tasty. Dinner is also good.

The Svenska Design Hotel is located in an industrial area finding some different and the Svenska Design Hotel is very good looking but the staff and premises are not clean even the gym and swimming pool are also not well maintained. Restaurant food very tasty and cost also too high, buffet very very special bcz more food items.
