SVN Lake Palace

Hostel stay is good, the food also hygienic, but they didn't allow before 12 pm. I requested for early check in. After reach SVN Lake Palace i'm only pass phone to SVN Lake Palace incharge. Almost i'm waiting 5 hours in SVN Lake Palace lobby. But one hour before they telling me if u pay 1000- rs extra SVN Lake Palace people ready to give early check in. This is their solution. Worst coustomer service. They don't have any solution for customer problems.

It is located right on the main road with options of dining out at other restaurants also. The room was good but the bathroom was just about ordinary with water spreading out othside the Bath area, though user friendly for old people - it had holding bars near the WC and the Bath area. The SVN Lake Palace has a bar and a restaurant too. I stayed for the night only so did not use and of & be service but the price is reasonable.

Very good SVN Lake Palace. Location is very convenient, right next to bus station. Various options for food .. They got separate restaurants for Veg and Non-Veg. Dedicated Mini refrigerator in every room, fully loaded with different types of soft drinks was impressive and handy. Had problem with hot water but issue fixed immediately. Overall very good SVN Lake Palace .. :)

Good room, good service and good cooperation from staff. Staff helped for arranging vehicle to go out for official work outside. Rooms are good ans spacious. Good and comfortable place to stay near to the bus and railway stations .. Due to official work could not spend more time in SVN Lake Palace ... Anyway a preferred SVN Lake Palace in Vizhianagaram ...

Very warmth receiving and allot ed a cleany diny room. I laked the interior design and the way the presented the room its surly gives a well good spent feeling. Provided mini fridge and the rates are quite souble its a bit costly issue if you use it. Overall I enjoyed my holyday in this SVN Lake Palace.

Good & Elegant The Hotel is well located and the food is very good. The value for money is very high and is at par with the SVN Lake Palaces in 2nd class towns in the state. Recommended for stay when ever in Vizianagaram and surrounding areas Please visit when ever possible

Location is best. Nearer to bus station and railway station. Room is neat and tidy. Facilities are good. Staff are friendly. Service is good. Food is tasty. Nice place to stay when going with family. Separate veg and non vegetarian restaurants in the SVN Lake Palace ...

I took standard room and the service is good and fast. Room is very clean and fulfilled basic amenities and budget friendly. AC is working fine. Overall this SVN Lake Palace gives relaxed stay. Very nearer to city bus complex gives you more transport friendly.

12:00 noon check out not followed. Instead of 12:00 noon they are insisting us check out at 10:00 am. Therefore it is better to follow 24 hrs check in/ check out policy.

The saty was good and nice. All staff behaved well

Room ambience is good. Hotel location is very comfortable. But poor response for our request. They are not looking for customer satisfaction. For every service 2/3 follow up call is required. They maintain neatness.

Hotel is situated near to RTC complex area but away from Central or Market area. Food is OK. Service needs improvement. 24 hours check out is a good thing. Looks good but not sure whether it is a 3 star.

Hotel need to improve linen and taps. Complimentary snack is good.

Went to attend religious ceremonies of brother-in-law. The SVN Lake Palace is closer to his house. Enjoyed staying at this SVN Lake Palace. Comfortable. Clean room, good air conditioning, good food, good service. Convenient location.
