The rooms were very good, cozy. The service was not good. We were asking them a query on partial cancellation. They didn’t give us any proper response at least an yes or no, instead they were just wasting our time. Initially they mentioned they have no control and asked us to contact mm t customer care. Mm t customer care was helpful but when the customer care connected with the Swades My Home Apartment | Room & Caretaker they reply to them was different. They were just playing some sort of games which wasted our time for the day and spoiled our peace on the very first day. The query could have been closed with a simple yes or no. But there was no clarity and it created lot of confusion. They didn’t stick to their reply and spoke differently to us and to the customer care. This service i feel is very bad. Never expected from a big Swades My Home Apartment | Room & Caretaker like this, really spoiled our day. We didn’t really feel like trying their restaurant or any of their other service after this.

One of the most well maintained property i have seen, comes with kitchen and a small living room. Spotless maintenance, perfect for families or groups. Loved my stay here, felt like home. Lot of Swades My Home Apartment | Room & Caretakers nearby and commercial places as well in a walkable distance. Service staff is also very active and take care of visitors well. All in all, one of the best hospitable properties i have seen, better than 3/4 star Swades My Home Apartment | Room & Caretakers.

Our stay in the swades my home apartment was wonderful property is well maintained and hygienic. We checked in at 02:00 am and staff supported us at 02:00 am as well. It’s near to the padmnabhswamy temple you can go by auto by just paying 50 rupees. Breakfast timing were 08:30 am to 10:30 am we took more time in temple still they served the breakfast at 11:00 am as well option were also good they served dosa idli sambhar poha poori bhaji tea coffee juice.

The rooms are clean and spacious. For room i would rate 5 out of 5 but I am deeply disappointed with the food. It was way below expectation. Morning breakfast was below average. Long waiting time and lack of cordination between staff. Taste of the food is also not great. Would not recommend including breakfast with room stay.

It's an apartment kind of a Swades My Home Apartment | Room & Caretaker located very close to the central railway station. Loved the space that you get with a hall, a big room, 2 washrooms & a kitchen. Had a very pleasant and a comfortable stay!

The stay was pleasant. It’s a 1 bhk flat and very neatly maintained. All the amenities were provided. Also the staff guided us abt the temple timings and how to reach there. People here are friendly nd welcoming

The caretakers were very prompt and helping. Over the property is very spacious and neat. Breakfast was tasty. Worth the money spend.

Awesome room with two rooms which is big enough for family with kids, breakfast is good. Solar water geyser can be improved as there is no hot water.

One of my favorite choice whenever i visit trivandrum. Location near to city centre, very neat and clean property with amenities and tasty food, spacious rooms. Overall very good stay and budget friendly.
