familyWater supply not working - we had a bad experience during checking in. The reception was very rude and demanded extra payment for rooms. I would not recommend this hotel to any one. No resturant is there not even drinking water bottles - elevator in wrong place had to carry out suite cases. Sorry but my experience was bad while i was along with the family.

Hotel seems new. Room and bathroom size is small. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom and next room bathroom has same ventilation.

familyThey call it luxury hotel! nothing available, no kettle to boil water, no hot water at washroom, very shabby lobby, dogs all over, lift technology is of last century. No restaurant. Not at all expected

Very poor service at hotel

familyI had booked hotel room for 2 adults and 2 child. Details were entered while selecting room. It was given that existing bed can accommodate all 4 guests. To our surprise there was bed which can accommodate only two person. When i tried to show them booking condition manager simply said is showing wrong information. I requested for one additional single mattress which was denied straight way. Fan was making nice like it is running on stone road. Flush was not at all working. Towel l was not changed on next day. Mosquitoes were roaming like that was there room. No hot water was coming till 8. 00 am. I paid almost rs - for two nights but nobody from us could sleep. We ruined our sleep and peace by paying large amount for such hotel. It is not 3 star hotel at all. Even normal hotel with rs. 1000- of night provide basic amenities and are courteous. Requesting all to be guided if you are going with family and trying to get comfort.
