Swarnabhoomi Beach Resort

The experience of this hotel was very bad and I will not come to this hotel again.And the behaviour of the manager here was also very bad, and they did not cooperate with us at all.Regarding this booking on MakeMyTrip, the room and the amenities that were mentioned at the time of booking were not provided to us after we reached the hotel.The BBQ Grill that was clearly mentioned as an amenity on MakeMyTrip was not provided to us at the hotel. Since MakeMyTrip listed the BBQ Grill as one of the included amenities, I strongly feel this is a clear case of misleading information. I request appropriate action and compensation for this inconvenience.

The resort was wonderful, the people in the resort were very helpful and very polite. We just fully enjoyed the time which we spent in the resort.

location good . cost wise not suitable. food quality not satisfactory..overall average stay.. many places to improve

Good location good food good service nice and clean property good staff had a wonderfull trip only one thing to be improved is complementary breakfast options are very less and pool timings pool starts after 9am which is very late because their check out time 10am kid dint got time to enjoy pool Food was good .location was awesome . It was a wonderful stay at Swarnbhoomi Beach Resort, Mandarmani. Spacious room, delicious food, and a beautiful view all around.

The location of the resort, facilities, food, waterpools and the captains of the resort were good, but there was no arrangement for the safety of the family. I stayed there and had a lot of fun. I saw that a tourist there loudly after drinking alcohol and stayed in the premises till 4 am. Someone knocked on the door of my room at 11 pm. A passenger called the hotel staff, but the hotel staff did not help and all the family members stayed there spent all night under the shadow of fear. While swimming in the water park, my daughter's slippers were stolen on the side of the pool, on which I instructed the guard that if the Slipper was not found by morning, CCTV will be checked in the morning, then at the time of checkout, someone kept it in the premies. The guard who was staying with the family was giving instructions to the alcoholism, but I did not have any restraints to the alcoholics, so I did not have any restraints for the family.

Your food is not to the mark. Test is not so good.

The rooms had a stinky smell...the fake flower pots had lots of dust...needed a pesticides run since there are some pests...in one room ac stopped working and we had to call them...the bathroom fittings were not clean as well. Food service by the beach deck was 2 hours late and there was nobody to attend the guests at the beach deck and customers had to go to their kiosk to place food and drink orders and moreover alcohol and hookah prices were to be paid before consumption. The hotel people have really forgotten their humanity and they dnt even let helping hands or drivers near the beach deck, i can understand that they cannot use the pool but not letting them come to the deck and not letting them have food is way to much rude and double standard, I have stayed in reputed hotels in Mandarmani but they dnt have these kind of immoral, unethical, classist behaviour towards the working class.

It is an excellent stay in swarnabhumi, the rooms, service, food and sea view all combined makes our stay amazing and the service man Pradip was friendly and very helpful, same for all the staffs they were very friendly, definitely our bookmark for stay in mandarmani for future trips

Stay was good but food in breakfast was below average

The Price of the room was too much compared to the services offered. The price of the food was very high in accordance with the quantity provided. The total area is small, beach front is alright and Swimming Pool is pretty fun over-all an Ok but expensive experience

Breakfast is not good room service n not good i think westage n staff r good but service is not better

The worst hotel staff ever. Utterly rude and arrogant. Bathroom was dirty. Bedsheet was dirty. Replacement bedsheet also turned out dirty. Complimentary breakfast was a scam, because the breakfast items were too few. Omelette was chargeable! I have stayed in hotels all over India and abroad and I heard of that the first time ever. Never coming back to this property and would strongly recommend everyone to stay away from this place.

The reception guy is not at all co operative

It was an average stay ... location is very good, even the resort looks very nice, very well maintained pool... the beach is literally a min away, staff were courteous and helpful. however after spending 5k+ per room, the room needed to be bit more maintained. the bed sheet, pillow covers were mostly stained, torn, we had ask for changing multiple times then only we got a proper one. we retained the same sheet, pillow covers and quilt cover for all 4days to save the hassle of sifting thru stained/ torn upholstery again ...the housekeeping guys were helpful and they brought one after another to give us a nice one. the toilet is very big, liked it... the commode seats were loose even the walls were stained at many places... the food was quite average to my taste, probably it would have been same in any other resort. the resort scored well in many aspects but some of their lack of maintenance resulted in negative marking. the housekeeping folks said that it was because having back to back booking, however they almost chase ppl as soon as it's check out time i.e. 10:30am but still not able to take care of things which are essential for a premium experience. the restaurant was good, but filled with flies, they could have easily take some measures to take care of this, but they haven't... I have mixed feelings, i may not go back to the same resort if I have other options

3 night stay in comfort room in June rooms, staff, ambience all are excellent. Kids enjoyed pay ground, pool a lot. price slightly at upper side. only negative is strong odor in bathrooms. checked 3 bothrooms in same building. all had similar problem. staff provided freshener to overcome this but they have to find a solution. I strongly recommend

it was my first visit to Mandarmani and after arriving at Swarnabhoomi Resort the view I got was pleasant and beautiful. swimming pool with water slides and kids play area was fabulous with private beach. Food n all other facilities was excellent. You can hire auto to reach Manasa mandir beach market took five minutes but I would prefer a walk by the beach side would take 15 minutes to the market. Overall a beautiful resort with a beach, pool, slides n aur kya chahiye, my family was very happy.

The rates you provided and the hotel tariff was hell higher....extra bed was like solid rock....the staff was pathetic except for Mr pradip who served us our dinner...behaviour was pathetic for the rest of the staff...only rules and rules.....unprofessional and the manager....the rudest.....try not booking in this hotel...as it will degrade the image of make my trip....not expected from such a prestigious concern like yours.....
