Rooms and services were average. No one attended to clear the used plates. The swimming pool water was chilling and there was no separate swimming portion for kids. Property looks totally different than actual and the website branding photos mostly seemed photoshopped. Breakfast service was very poor and refilling of any food item was taking almost 15-20 minutes. The hotel staff were good and well behaved. The overall stay was very average with average amenities and services. - Had to wait long for breakfast items refilling. - Swimming pool walter was chilling with no separate swimming area for kids. - No one was there to clear the used plates from room. - The facilities were different - Our room was allotted to the hotel's extended portion with minimal facility.

There is construction going on in the hotel right now.. the staff said it will be over withn few weeks. Till then I dont think one should book it for stay purpose esp the premium rooms as their is constant hammering noises from 10 am in morning to 9 pm in the night that too you have to request the managers to stop it. We couldn't take rest all the day or stay in the room due to the constant banging over the heads. Also the hotel doesnt have a good view of the lake itself and that view too is visible from super luxury rooms I guess.

We booked here for 2 nights for our pre wedding purpose, Checkin was terrible, room was on 3rd floor & no lift was there in hotel. Food & restaurant service is total waste of money. Whatever photo you see of this hotel is totally fake & better to book with any other hotel. It is one of the worst Udaipur hotels you can stay in, better to avoid. Staff is totally rube & impolite, if you ask anything then there’s always extra charge associated with that in very unprofessional way

We stayed there for Three Days, staff behaviour and services were very good, they have a cafe and a dining hall separate from the cafe both were very good. We used spa services and it costs around . The hotel is near Fateh Sagar Lake. Parking is outside the hotel. During our visit there was a noise issue during the day because of construction work. The room was clean and well maintained.

One of the worst hospitality I have seen. The General manager is super rude and unprofessional. The property is under renovation with sangaria closed. During the day time, continuous construction noise coming just above the room roof. When we asked the manager to change, he was super rude and said we can’t do anything, talked to us super rudely

We have booked a room with a balcony view but we didn't know there is renovation work running. So we cannot even open our balcony curtains for view because there are so many workers. The hotel management should update this on portal so everyone can book as per their convenience. Also balcony view room prices should be law because there is not any view right now. Very poor management.
