Swiss Cottage and Spa by Salvus

We didn't find the room to be as it was shown in the picture. The room was completely filled with dampness, which caused it to smell. The balcony door was stuck and would not open, and even after repeatedly asking, they didn't fix this issue. Overall, I will not recommend this place.

This is my 3rd stay at this property. Always have been a wonderful experience!! Such a nice view and very cooperative staffs.

I have stayed at-least 25times in this hotel and every time this place has disappointed me. From booking base category to top one i have stayed in there each and every room. All rooms have torn and spotted linen, junked kettle, TV and Room extension never worked.m, you’ll not get any network signals and there wi-fi will not work. During my stay i have complained 3-4 times but after that i stopped complaining only. Rooms will always smelled liked rooms are not opened from ages. Here we are not asking luxury we are asking for hygiene. Not sure why Raghav Juyal promoted this hotel. With this feedback, this was my last stay at Salvus. Also your Archies cafe is also has dirty sofas and cushions and food is very bland.

The hotel is clean but the road to the hotel is very narrow due to which it is very difficult to reach by bike and car . The most terrible was the street dog which stay in this property has totally cut my new sandal which is totally irresponsible on the part of hotel management...but staff in hotel was cooperative.

if you need peace come to this place. Rooms are big and neat and clean. Staff is super friendly also.. Highly recommend

I had an amazing stay at Salus Rishikesh. My room was located on the terrace, offering a peaceful and calm environment. The room was beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained, with a stunning view. There was no noise — just pure serenity, perfect for relaxation. The food service was also excellent. We ordered breakfast, and it was homely, fresh, and full of flavor. It truly added to the comfort of the stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

terrible stay,,room was good and spacious but bedsheets and covers were too dirty ,they were even not having clean and new linen. no body came for room cleaning then I had to complaint for cleaning. I called at 7 pm and they sent a boy at 10 pm when I complained. I stayed there for 2 nights I couldn't sleep since one night 4 and 5 family came together and they were creating so much noise with loud music and on another night some youngster came and they were dancing till 12 night .

I visited the place 3rd time. The location of the swiss cottage by salvus is at a hill top in tapovan. 15 mins by auto from ram jhula. There is 5-8 mins walk from the main road to the hotel. It's near a very popular restaurant and bar ( pink cafe) the terrace rooms are spacious with a big terrace and mountain view. Very nice and peaceful place. Inf-act all room categories are nicely done. It is also pet friendly. Food menu and quality and room service is very basic which needs improvement. Overall experience was good.

It's a nice, cozy, and green place. I stayed with my mother and brother for two days. Staff are nice, humble, and caring.

The rooms were bad. The sheets, blanket and pillow covers were not changed, they were all yellow. The washroom dint have proper maintainance, leakage all around. I dint take any

My stay was good. I would recommend the property to focus more on maintenance of the rooms and amenities in the room) the staff was very supportive and polite. One thing i want to highlight, there is construction going on nearby the property and road is not good. Good for. Family stay.
