Location: 3/5 service: 3/5 amenities: 2/5 family choice: 3/5 food: 4. 5/5 staff: 4/5 not the best location as the road is always busy but that is true for most of the Swiss Hotels near the mall road. Basic amenities like air con are missing in the rooms as that's a Swiss Hotel policy. Only came to know once we reached the Swiss Hotel and hence the stay wasn't comfortable at all. Hotel also instructed to keep the doors and windows closed due to monkeys but that added to the overall discomfort for everyone. Food is excellent
