Swiss House Jodhpur

Literally everything is accessible within a little walk. Hotel is just near the centre of city 2km away from railway station & all location are below 1. Mehrangarh fort is just 10min away. 2. Clock tower& market just 5 min. 3. Step-well is just 2-3 min away. For other location you have to took some auto or you can rent a bike. Owner is a very good person. My suggestion is swiss Swiss House Jodhpur is very pocket friendly and provides a lot of dining option. Best part is roof top dining while you watch mehrangarh fort.

Located in narrow lanes of jodhpur lies swiss house, a quaint and comfortable homestay offering unhindered view of mehrangarh fort and umaid bhavan palace. Our 3 day stay was well greeted and hosted by mr. Raju. The place offers all basics amenities and covers often overlooked utility as well. The place used to be residence of a couple from switzerland, hence the name. For more such unheard stories of jodhpur, have a conversation with mr kailash who is an entrepreneur and a great storyteller.

This property is located in the old city area where the local market is located. All shops are in walking distance of the property and the caretaker in the property is extremely helpful for any needs. Also there is a medical shop right outside the property. The area around this property are also filled with lot more homestays so you can find a lot of tourists walking about and it’s also easy to get an auto near the property. The property is maintained neat.

The staff and people were so humble and friendly. The entire area ( not Swiss House Jodhpur) is dirty as it is old city. But so is the case for all Swiss House Jodhpurs around that area. But we haven to select these Swiss House Jodhpurs only for the view of fort. Good food and very neatly maintained new rooms. Good for solo and family. Dinner at rooftop restaurant is mesmerizing.

The property is located at a walking distance from the clock tower and stepwell. The rooms were clean and maintained properly. The room we stayed was little small for 2 person. The room had all the amenities like AC, Hair Dryer, Geyser etc. The property has rooms in three floors and a rooftop restaurant. The area is crowded due to local market.

The place in on a walking distance from Ghanta Ghar. You can have a great view on Mehrangarh Fort in night while having dinner. You will experience the Blue city while staying here. Food is delicious and Staff is very friendly! Worth every penny! Daal Baati choorma is the best dish! We ordered it for both days on dinner! 👌👌👌

The property is at a 1 minute walking distance to toolji ka jhalra and near popular cafes - step-well cafe and sam's art cafe. It is at a 3 minutes walking distance to clock tower and popular eateries like shahi samosa. The Swiss House Jodhpur staff was really welcoming and courteous. Good place to stay at for a day.

We had a wonderful experience staying at the property. Everything from the rooms, food and staff were great. The view of the blue city and the meherengarh fort from their rooftop restaurant was worth every penny spent. The courteousness of the staff needs a special mention, they were resourceful and friendly.

Very beautiful and well maintained. Provided all basic amenities including a common iron box. The view of the fort from the top is breathtaking.

Had a good stay. The place gives you a homely feeling. Very clean room and bathroom. Good food. Mehranghar fort is nearby (10 mins walk from this stay. Will get an amazing view of the fort from rooftop. The rooftop is also a good place to click pictures.

If you want a good hygienic and yet covers the vibe of rajasthan, stay at swiss house jodhpur. The host, the caretakers, the rooms, the washrooms and most importantly the view, is amazing. You will not be disappointed for sure.

The rooms and washrooms were very clean. Couldn't ask more. The best stay one can ever find in jodhpur. The host - kailash is very friendly and makes you feel like home. Its the people, the place, the experience, the way you get treated which last forever ) highly recommended.

Very good location and from the terrace you can get very good view of thee fort. Food is veg and prepared well with decend price.

The stay is really impressive and you would love interacting with the host.

It was a last moment plan to visit jodhpur!!! , we booked Swiss house because it had a good rating. Got the good room but the oy flaw I found was the room felt a Little claustrophobic because it had no window !!!
