Swiss Wood Hotel

Pros: 1. Hotel is well-maintained. 2. Room was comfortable and cleanliness was very good. 3. Staff are well-behaved including Swiss Wood Hotel manager. 4. Most of all, they always try to fulfill your request. 5. As I had early check-in and late check-out, they showed their flexibility in fulfilling my request. Thanks to the manager. Cons: 1. Hotel location was about 1.5 km from mall road still it was crowded. 2. Food varieties are less but quality was good. 3. There is no travel desk of Swiss Wood Hotel itself but they can arrange for taxi to travel. Thanks, I got a good driver with nominal price. Overall, it was a pleasant stay in Swiss Wood Hotel.

I spent 2 nights here and it was a very pleasant stay. Staff was very good in welcoming and addressing any of my needs. Rooms were clean and neat. Breakfast was good. Would recommend this Swiss Wood Hotel. Location was slightly disappointing. The surrounding of Swiss Wood Hotel is also not very good, as there are lot of noise coming in due to local people around.

It was nice staying here. Had some confusion with managers at reception regarding child policy but later on MD of Swiss Wood Hotel intervened and apologised for the inconvenience caused to us and assured for best service for rest of our stay. Her hospitality gestures turned our overall experience in positive. Ultimately we enjoyed here.

Had a wonderful stay at this Swiss Wood Hotel this month. The staff are excellent and the service quality better than 5 star Swiss Wood Hotels. Location is good. Food is also good. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would again like to stay at this Swiss Wood Hotel. It was a excellent stay.

Overall Swiss Wood Hotel was good and clean, approach to Swiss Wood Hotel was some what not very pleasant but it is walkable from mall road and staff at help desk was helpful. But room boys seems to be not so hygienic and their cloths were stinking that was only letdown.

A very good Swiss Wood Hotel giving full value for your money. Been there with family. Staff is very polite, willing to serve and helpful. A wide range of food served is hygienically prepared, tasty and of course reasonable. High kudos to the staff.

Kids loved the Duplex concept. Recently renovated. Friendly staff. A few quirks - but overall worth the money. In the Aloe area - a little off the central area - but reasonably easy to access. Food was good. We had breakfast all days and dinner once.

We enjoyed very much. Customer service is very good. Food is little costlier. Taxi services are good. Ambiance of the Swiss Wood Hotel is good. Value of money. Fantastic stay we stayed there for 3 nights. On line booking has been done. A memorable trip of Manali.

Food was excellent. Staff behavior was good. Everything was fine. No special incident as such. There was some electricity problem. Frequent power cuts and issue with hot water supply. Overall Swiss Wood Hotel was good and I would certainly recommend that to others.

Friendly staff, ultimate food, everything is awesome there fantastic view and convenient location. Room size is fine overall a greyest experience.

Nice and clean rooms, food and hospitality is good, definitely I will recommend someone. Connectivity is good location is very near to Golden Temple and railway station as a tourist for it was a nice experience. We did not get South Indian food.
