Swosti Chilika Resort

The stay is amazing. the person in the reception who allotted a room to us ,he is the nicest person. The room is wonderful. The place is so good. I really enjoy the vibes of the resort.

the food was good..but the service and management of the hotel was poor..the front office service was also poor

It's a very beautiful place for vacation.One will definitely enjoy the place's serinity and candid views.Food quality is excellent,but one draw back is food is extra ordinarily costly.

Property is best in chilika, proper hygiene is mantained, washrooms can be more hygienic, buffet spread must be improved during lunch and dinner, food out of the menu, ordered separately is better

Reaching Location would be challenging if you take the wrong entry route...through narrow village lanes and cowsheds. The route lying on the right side of the entry gate ( while exiting the gate) is the one to be taken. It’s on the waterfront and hence beautiful. Accomodation-wise, the washroom is a major disappointment... there seems to be a problem with the slope of the bathroom floor. The water on the floor refuses to drain out. Food is good.

The housekeeping was done unannounced that was not expected. And the travel desk doesn’t has any idea about the nearby locations and the cabs are way too costly at the resort.

Nice property serving good food.. thoroughly enjoyed our stay.. kids had lots of activities to be engaged ..

The general upkeep of the property was below average compared to the price which was charged. The food was terrible, not at all as per the standards and despite burning a hole in the pocket it was not fresh. The pool was not cleaned for a very long time and the water was all dirty. Overall, a pathetic experience sheer waste of time, energy and money.

The property is pretty huge & good. Rooms are nice & spacious too. Food is okayish. The biggest problem is the service, not at all upto the mark. The reception staff needs to he very proactive during check-in & check-out as they were not able to do the process smoothly. Service needs a lot of improvement.

We stayed for 3 days in Windchime rooms at the resort. It's an excellent property, very serene, next to Chilka lake. There are too many things to do in the resort, they have bicycles, a gaming zone for kids and adults, and a beautiful swimming pool. There are boats available on Rs 750/- per head for sightseeing and to visit kalijai temple, which is at centre of the lake and 30mins away from the property. The staff is extremely humble and always cheerful. loved the hospitality of the people, special mention about Mr Suprabhat, who really helped us in serving in the restaurant. overall, a good stay, only prices are high for all dishes at the restaurant.

We thoroughly enjoyed the various activities offered, but the most unforgettable moments were the quiet, peaceful hours spent by the lake, soaking in the natural beauty and tranquility. The hospitality at the resort deserves special mention. Mr. Chandrabhanu from the restaurant was extremely attentive and went out of his way to ensure that my baby was well taken care of, even arranging customized baby food whenever requested. Mr. Sovam was always available with prompt assistance whenever we needed help, making our stay smooth and comfortable. Mr. Raj brought liveliness to our visit by engaging us with fun activities, adding an extra touch of joy to our holiday. Overall, the warmth of the staff, the unmatched location, and the thoughtful services made our trip to Swosti Chilika Resort an experience we will always cherish. 🌿✨

swasti resort is very very good experience of my visit. good ambiance location is Nice. reaching road is little bit inconviance but once enter the gate relax staff very good received restaurant and food very nice This property is very nice and excellent experience in my visit. Food is very good. Rooms ambiance garden pool is also very exlent.

More than luxury I would say the location of the property is excellent surrounded by only nature and greenery. A beautiful and relaxing experience was away from your everyday routine life and stress. Hope we Will visit soon again.

It was a nice experience staying at this property. The room was really big. The bathroom was fantastic.

It was the best experience. Everything is perfect.

My phone number was not shared with the hotel team. So even though I booked two rooms with kids included, one month before the date, they were not ready with two nearby rooms. There was no call or information by the hotel. They assign rooms to whoever they wish based on demand. I reached two hours late so they alloted two rooms far apart across the first floor corridor.

Absolutely good but its in a remote place.Food was awesome and the service was good. The wifi service should be upgraded
