Food menu was comprehensive. Hospitality was excellent. Rooms were spacious. Location was ok. Walkable 10 min. To beach. But, appears to be the best Swosti Palm Resort among all other places to stay nearby, so would recommend this Swosti Palm Resort unless willing to spend for some 5 star property. However, would not call a full fledged resort, as prepared in the look of resort but lacks garden play area, swimming pool, outdoor activity inside premises other than a solo snooker table. No sitout area. Intercom available, but not working. Wifi available, but doesn't connect. Still, if the Swosti Palm Resort is used for comfortable stay in room or mouth watering breakfast (complimentary) and lunch, this is recommended among others nearby.

Swosti palm resort while the stay and rooms were very basic and decent, and also there were renovation work going on which became slight hindrance. But one important factor i would like to mention here is the staff, they were awesome and courteous, not only the leadership team, every member was right up there with a smile to always help you and strike a conversation with you. Really enjoyed the stay. They went over board to arrange a small get together for my team in the garden within a short notice and boy o boy all the food was amazingly tasty.

We had a very nice stay. It was safe simple and comfortable. But we noticed some flies in the dining area. Also, because they took a long time to serve ordered food. Especially grilled or baked stuff which they called continental. There was water seepage in room 105 due to rains. All in all, it was a homely happy stay but i suppose the property being old, these are some issues which cannot be helped. We hope your new property will more than make up for these problems. Look forward to staying in the new swosti palm resort.

My stay in swosti palm was very pleasant. They have a band of service personnel who are very cordial & cooperative. They are very much concerned about the guests & provide quick services. Receipt-ion was very responsive & excellent. Although rooms are well maintained & very good but the bathroom are little old patterns & needs modernization. Food was excellent. Restaurant staff were very prompt. Hotel is less than 1 km from beach in pucca road. We enjoyed the beach visit during evening time. Overall very good experience

Cons: 1)the compound is small when you compare other swostis. 2)bathrooms need to be upgraded n cleaner 3) food is little on the costlier side 4) welcome drink was given on the reception without a tray and glass cover, we didn't feel like drinking at all. Pros: 1) staff is very cordial and helpful 2) breakfast spread is decent and fresh 3) they have added a traditional taste to the decor. It feels homely. 4) location is nearby the main beach.

Thanks mm t for the last minuite great deal. The stay at Swosti Palm Resort swosti palm resort, gopalpur was very beautiful. The ambience was very aesthetic and soothing. Nearby beach accessible. Staffs were very well behaved and cooperative. I must recommend to come and stay here and enjoy the beautiful view of gopalpur.

It's a good Swosti Palm Resort to stay with family. Hotel staff are well behaved and polite. But few areas they need to do better. The rooms and the attached baths could have kept better cleaned. Their restaurant served good delicious food though the foods are a bit overpriced.

The resort is located at a very convenient location at walking distance from beach, adjacent to mayfair property. Rooms are spacious and economical. Staff is very humble. Special appreciation for front desk and billing staff vishnupriya and munnu. Keep it up.

Best place to stay in gopalpur. Hotel staff are really good. Stayed at room 301, 303 and 304. Extremely pleased with the hospitality.

I feel that, it is a normal well maintained Swosti Palm Resort only not a resort. There is nothing surround this no beach view no garden no balcony not a money worth property. But staff behaviour was very down to earth.

A royal and peaceful stay. Give enormous pleasure to cultivate several business ideas. Good food, lovely hospitality. A value for money stay. Sea sight is just 200 mtrs away from the resort. Cleanliness is another aspect which i liked most.
