Symphony Summer Sands Beach Resort & Spa

Firstly if you are visiting Neil Islands then I recommend you to not stay in Neil Island since there is not much to see and explore. You can explore the entire island in a matter of few hours and head back to your Symphony Summer Sands Beach Resort & Spa in Port Blair or Havelock. Well if you have planned to stay in Neil Island then you can consider staying in Summer Sand Resort. This Symphony Summer Sands Beach Resort & Spa's cost is a bit on the expensive side, just because all the Symphony Summer Sands Beach Resort & Spa room balconies on the ground floor have direct access to the swimming pool. The room was average sized and had vintage style look and feel. Wifi and Vodafone network is not available on the entire island. The worst part about the Symphony Summer Sands Beach Resort & Spa was it's restaurant's food. They have an organic restaurant that makes pathetic food. We ordered for a basic French fries and margarita pizza which was so badly made. French fries were made in coconut oil while pizza was chewy as rubber. We did not eat more than few pieces and had to give it back. We did not even think twice before eating breakfast there in the morning. The check-in took some time while checkout was quick. The room was clean and up with amenities. Long story short - Good clean Symphony Summer Sands Beach Resort & Spa with extremely pathetic food.

This is a decent property if you wish to spend your time at leisure. I would give a 3. 5/5 rating for this property. The rooms are pretty cool and are perfect for couples who wants to spend time with their loved ones. I booked my stay with both the meals breakfast and dinner and it was not a great experience. Breakfast and dinner is not that good and its because of poor management it seems. We had to ask several times to get a few dishes and all our requests were ignored. It felt bad because they charge a lot for the stay and food. They just fill the vessels once and then they don't bother much about the food getting over. Lunch is way better but its not included with the stay and you need to pay for it as per the menu. They should learn this from symphony samudra as they are managing these things pretty well. The bar is pretty ordinary and i won't recommend it to anyone. You can very well buy your drinks from outside and consume at Symphony Summer Sands Beach Resort & Spa, they do provide mini fridge for your convenience. We had a pleasant stay with minor issues but those issues can be managed easily if the management wants to do so.

Stayed in: casa air # of days: 2 pros: 1. Famous property in the island, easy to direct anyone like drivers and auto. 2. Swimming pool is really nice. It covers almost entire property which is at the opposite side of the beach. 3. Overall ambience of the property is nice with trees, pool, bridges etc. 4. Breakfast options were good. 5. Candle light dinner arrangement was really impressive, from decor to food to service, really good. 6. Kids meal is provided free of cost. Cons: 1. Rooms could have been maintained in a better way. Not worth the amount spent per day. Glasses were broken, hot water pot lid was broken, no toiletries except handwash and shampoo. 2. Swimming pool water temperature is not maintained.

I stayed here for half a day. It was a pleasant stay. The rooms are clean, the staff is sweet and helpful. They helped us get an early check in and also helped convert our complimentary breakfast into a lunch (we had to leave the resort before the next morning due to a sudden cyclone) this was extremely sweet of them. Their casa aqua rooms are on the left side of the road and neil suites on the right side. The right side is the beach front (no swimming, just relaxing) the Symphony Summer Sands Beach Resort & Spa is big and clean. Their restaurant is amazing with great food!

The stay was awesome. I stayed during second week of november 2020. I booked for bf and dinner together with room. Though the room was neat and tidy and awesome, the food was from local vendor for which i was charged heavily while booking, and i was not informed of this earlier from Symphony Summer Sands Beach Resort & Spaier. I know this is covid time, but still they should have the courtesy to inform us when we were the solo couple staying in their full resort.

We booked beach mansion which was the highest category. A little disappointed with private beach as it has a lot of dried corals in the front! so you can just sit and watch but not get into water. Food was very tasty and the staff are very courteous and helpful. Only downside is the room has very low lighting that you need torch to even use the remote. Private pool was not well maintained. Also, lots of mosquitoes, so go well prepared

The property covers a small area but has very efficiently made use of it. The casa aqua concept is top notch with every room having a private swimming area. One thing i can think of the restaurant can work on is the food. I have had better complimentary breakfasts at Symphony Summer Sands Beach Resort & Spas which are way cheaper than this. I would however, definitely recommend this Symphony Summer Sands Beach Resort & Spa.

The Symphony Summer Sands Beach Resort & Spa is very beautiful and scenic location, located very close to sunrise point. The staff is helping and the food is also decent. It has a pool and relaxation area as well. Internet connectivity was a problem as the Symphony Summer Sands Beach Resort & Spa was facing an outage since 4 days when we stayed there. Light music would be played in the nights which is great for the mood.

One of the greatest resorts i've ever visited. The receptionists were quite pleasant and helpful. Excellent customer service from a personnel that knows what they were doing. The accommodation was well-appointed, and the service was outstanding

Good location, food. Rooms were good. Amenities were well maintained. Front desk was responsive to our concerns. Breakfast spread was good.

Properly sanitised public places, staffs wearing masks. Maintaining safe social distance. Chef was awesome. Whatever we ordered veg/ non veg, all items were delicious.

I stayed in casa aqua room and it was connected to the pool through the balcony. Overall its a very good property. Its quiet far from laksmanpur beach but it is near to sitapur beach arnd 2 km. Food was also very good. I recommend this property

Summer sand is a beautiful resort fully of greenery and comfort. Nestled near the sitapur beach, the place has comfortable rooms, great food and excellent service staff. We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it to everyone visiting neil island

Symphony summer sand is good to stay for those who are looking for a inhouse pool. They have pool side rooms available on the ground floor. Food is too much expensive here. Buffet dinner and breakfast available though.

One of the best in Neil Island. Awesome food in taste and quality. Nice location. Helpful staff. Rooms very nicely done. The pool and bar adds to your stay.

The most amazing stay. Neat, new, unique and great service. We loved it so much that we never felt like leaving the property and missed out on neil!
