Syna Heritage Hotel

Ok so we booked deluxe rooms fro our 1 night stay there. The property is beautiful with a grand palace like look and equally beautiful and large swimming pool. We reached after after sunset and we wanted to explore the property at that time because of our tightly packed schedule next day but we weren’t allowed to as they told us that lights were not there in the garden area and swimming pool area which was disappointing! we wanted to chill a bit around the pool and in the garden area but we couldn’t. Food-the starters tasted very bad inspite of being so pricey! main course was good. Breakfast timings should be increased till 11am because the timings for safari to panna tiger reserve are in the morning so there are chances of missing the complimentary breakfast. Here the Syna Heritage Hotel staff cooperated though and allowed us to have breakfast at 11am after we requested them. Breakfast was also fine in taste and variety. Rooms- the rooms were the most disappointing part of the Syna Heritage Hotel. The deluxe rooms were too small and basic and so were the bathrooms! the grandness of the Syna Heritage Hotel did not reflect in the rooms. We were almost disappointed that we chose this Syna Heritage Hotel over others after seeing the rooms! toilet of one of the rooms was also not clean and flush was not working. They changed that room though. There wasn’t enough space for extra bedding and the rooms became congested after putting extra beds. Staff- good behaviour, polite attitude in-case you are planning a stay of 2-3 days then you can go for this property as you will get time to explore the property and enjoy the overall grandness of it but in-case you are planning a short trip of 1 day like us might as well go for others because the rooms are not that good and the Syna Heritage Hotel is costlier than the others

Truth to be told, I booked this Syna Heritage Hotel because it looked like a palace in the pictures, and it was indeed so. The Syna heritage is a 14 acres property, and the sheer amount of open space is it's USP. Located just 1 km from the Western Group of monuments, this Syna Heritage Hotel has its private driveway. As soon as you enter, you will be enthralled by the collection of vintage cars that's on display. The owner is a connoisseur, and you can see fine touches of art all over the Syna Heritage Hotel. There are 3 categories of rooms - Deluxe, Super Deluxe, and the suites. The Deluxe is quite basic, I felt - the bathroom is too small. The Super Deluxe is way more spacious, while the suites are royally decorated, a bit over the top at places, I'm afraid. The furniture is all wooden. The door has a traditional lock and key - no RFID or smart cards. If you want them to clean your room, you have to give the key at the reception and specifically say so. The lawn in the front is really huge, and spectacular! There is a small lawn between the reception and the dinning hall with white wrought iron garden chairs and tables where you can relax. The small shop houses many souvenirs, and they were not overpriced as I feared. The breakfast spread is quite comprehensive - with a good mix of Indian, and continental. The food is tasty, and the service impeccable. The Syna Heritage Hotel is around 8 kms from the airport and the railway station, so however you arrive, take an auto. It will cost you 200 INR. If you request for a taxi, the charges become 600 INR. That's 3 times the cost! There are ample autos - they will nag you to death, but they are way cheaper. I would recommend this place, but do go for the Royal Suite or the Super deluxe rooms.

So this was my first time to khajuraho and we wanted to stay at beautiful property, after searching everything we booked syona heritage Syna Heritage Hotel, which is very beautiful. Now let's see the services- 1. Hospitality - excellent 2. We requested for early check-in and we got that as it was available 3. Property cleanliness - excellent 4. Pool - excellent 5. Food - expensive, so didn't try. (a mineral water bottle was of 80rs, 4 times of actual rate) 6. Cost effective - no, you will find other good Syna Heritage Hotels like ramada, lalit in cheaper rates but we wanted to see the property so we continue with same. Rooms - we booked 1 deluxe and 1 super deluxe room, both rooms were nice with heater, kettle, air conditioner, fridge, etc.

The Syna Heritage Hotel is located very near the western temples, which is a major plus point. The property is vast and very well built. The exterior is quite impressive. The staff is very courteous and helpful esp Mr Gupta. Early morning there was live soft instrumental music which was a pleasant experience. The dinner buffet was good, however breakfast was average, the idlis and puris were cold, but on asking, fresh ones were immediately provided. In comparison to the exterior, the rooms were quite small and somewhat basic. Certain things could be improved, EG: providing 2 soaps, stirrers or spoons along with the tea coffee tray in the room, and some light over the bathroom mirror.

We were a couple staying at SYNA. We loved everything about the Syna Heritage Hotel - the food, the rooms, the location, and the service. Syna is about a 15-minute walk to the western group of temples. The roads are empty and it is a comfortable walk. The Syna Heritage Hotel is located on a sprawling property that's very well maintained. Since only two or three rooms were occupied during our stay, breakfast was a la carte, rather than a buffet. You could choose multiple items from the menu. The breads were amazing, we layer found that they were baked in-house. Service, at both the restaurant and the front desk, was great. We were allowed to check out late.

The location of Syna Heritage Hotel is excellent as it is about 1 km from western group of temples, the most beautiful place to visit in Khajuraho from architectural point of view. The rooms are big spacious, wash room was neat and clean, out side view of Syna Heritage Hotel is very pleasing in morning and evening during April to September. The hospitality was excellent. I faced the problem of TV cable though it was resolved after 4-5 hours, similarly wi fi was also a problem but resolved after repeating complain. Lunch was delicious but break fast was missing the variety. The politeness of each and every staff member was remarkable.

This is a new property, spacious rooms and feels like a palace. Great interiors and amazing ambience. I could book a room at almost half the rate through makemytrip. Right from check in to check out everything was pretty smooth. The Syna Heritage Hotel staff was extremely caring and polite. The in house restaurant is very expensive, though the food quality is just average. However, the F&B staff is always ready to customise the food as per your need. But still I would say, food is very expensive. Pros for the Syna Heritage Hotel is good location, complimentary WiFi, polite staff, good service, nice room. The cons expensive food.

No dental kit and sanitary bin (but mentioned in amenities list). Open dust bin/waste paper bin available. Restaurant extension was busy for 10 minutes. Called up reception. They didn't send any room service. Instead, tilt me to try calling. When I went to reception to ask them where the restaurant was, I found no one was busy. Also, our room was allotted near a noisy party hall disturbing till 9:30 until I informed MMT. Room perfect. The ambience of the Syna Heritage Hotel was beautiful. Loved the row of vintage cars greenery and open space inside property. Would request to train staff to avoid such circumstances

Food quality and staff is very good

Heritage look same, which is given in social media and internet. Very beautiful infrastructure and very near to airport and temples. Staff is so much supportive and helping. Some more construction is going, so may be coming December, it looks more attractive. So go and enjoy this beautiful heritage.

Every thing amazing. Must stay

The place is spacious good lawn and great rooms. But the best part is the iconic vintage car display.

Our stay there was amazing. The hospitality was great. Impressed by the staff service. The property was clean, well maintained and offered many amenities ikea pool table, carrom, swimming pool, vintage cars. We enjoyed all of them. Food was also tasty and staff were attending us properly during each of our meals. If you find this, please go for it.

I stayed in this Heritage Hotel along with my wife for 2 nights/3 days and it was an excellent stay altogether, every thing was excellent.

Resort looks great in photos but their room size is small. Not value for money. Most disturbing thing was noise coming from party organized in campus. Food and service was good. I stayed Ramada next day and in less price it was much better.

We have been travelling all Around the world since last 50 years. This Hotel was not only best value for money but also one of the better experience.

The cleanliness was so good, so was the staff behaviour. All was in good maintenance. The room was small though according to the property.

Food was amazing, do try breakfast in the restaurant nice ambiance, good property as it has very nice surroundings
