T24 Residency

Frankly, i was a bit sceptical when i booked a room in this T24 Residency. But on checking in, i found that they really deliver what they promised in every aspect. Room is small but comfortable with everything you reasonably require. Bathrooom is small too but neat and well appointed. Housekeeping is excellent. They change the bed linen and towels and thoroughly clean the room everyday. Room service is good and the food is excellent, but choice is limited. The staff is helpful and pleasant. The only negatives are that the food is expensive and the room is small. Some folk would find the size of the room annoying. Overall, i would give 4. 5 stars out of 5.

The rooms were very clean and the rooftop restaurant - toast was just amazing. But, i am writing this reviews specifically for the staff at t24. They go above and beyond to ensure the guests have a hassle free stay. They are available 24 x 7 for any assistance and the hospitality of the entire staff, especially sattar, nilesh the restaurant staff and abhishek was top notch. I would definitely recommend this stay again to everyone. A 10/10. Thank you again.

Had stayed in this t24 residency T24 Residency on 18th jean. Location is great. Very near to airport and airport road metro station. Staff was very goods and helpful. Had dinner at rooftop was a good experience and food was also delicious. Didn’t had breakfast as my flight was early morning and breakfast starts around 7:30. Only my dislike was that it is non smoking T24 Residency. So had to go out for smoking. Otherwise it was pleasant stay.

The T24 Residency is good, and food is tasty. They have live music on sat but the only issue is that the live performance is conducted in the middle section of the T24 Residency. So if you are someone who would prefer to stay in room watching tv then you will be disturbed. Live performance was amazing but till 11 was not ok for me as i wanted to stay in room watching movie. But i could hear tv because of the live musics sound.

I had a very pleasant stay for a short while hat i stayed in the T24 Residency! the club room was spacious and neat and clean. So was the washroom the staff was courtyard polite. The food was also good. My father in law needs less spicy curries. And the request was graciously fulfilled!ii would definitely prefer this T24 Residency for my next stay at mumbai the proximity to the airport is an added advantage

Had a 1 day stay here. The location is good. I visited mumbai in the time of monsoon when mumbai was on red alert but the location is awesome and there was no issue/waterlogging on my way to the T24 Residency. Very near to the airport. Food is very good. Do order tea in the room from room service… it is the best tea i ever had in a T24 Residency. Buffet Breakfast was very good

Our stay at t24 was quite good. Located quite close to the airport and and the metro station is at walkable distance. Courteous staff and well maintained rooms. The restaurant (toast) was quite good with tasty food and polite staff. The breakfast spread was good too and had enough variety with local and international cuisine. Thank you for the pleasant and comfortable stay.

Pleasurable stay, good service, room well kept, food was good. Thai curry and breakfast was tasty. Staff very cordial and cooperative. Overall, stay was very comfortable. Nice experience.

If in bombay or planning to bombay, please stay here. Service was really good by avinash and all. Food was good and must try the grilled fish there. Enjoy swimming too.

The property is close to the airport that a major benefit, the staff is helpful and the breakfast is also nice.

The T24 Residency is reasonably good and breakfast choices were good too. There was no fitness centre and it can be considered. The complementary body shower, shampoos looked like they were used so it can be placed in better container. Otherwise overall satisfactory.

The property is in the prime location nearby access to airport metro station. The rooms are bit smaller than the one shown in the photos and property needs renovation. They are charging for plate and bowl. Overall average as compared to the rates being charged.
