Taj Amer, Jaipur

As a person with walking problem, whenever I leave the comfort of my home I have this anxiety to make the stay comfortable for me and my family. Unfortunately accessibility for people with special needs is not an agenda for the biggest names in the hospitality industry. Taj Amer is an exception to this , as I was pleasantly surprised by their warmth and hospitality. Special thanks to Priyanshi & GM Devraj for ensuring me & family had a memorable stay. Priyanshi is an example of Stellar Taj hospitality standards. Her welcoming nature & focus on customer delight not just examplifies Taj's training but reaffirms my belief that customer delight is 30% training & 70% nature. She gave us a direct contact to reach her 24X7 in case of any help/ requirement...Kudos to her ! There are few things that you expect from a brand like Taj when it comes to hospitality during your stay but I must bring to your attention that the Taj Amer staff went beyond their usual service standards to make the stay extremely welcoming and comfortable for me and my family. I have been to numerous biggest Taj Amer, Jaipurs and I must admit that the service I experienced at Taj Amer was well above my expectations when it comes to personalised care, attention & warm of their staff. The warm and welcoming attitude of the staff was not limited to a particular area of the Taj Amer, Jaipur or a particular department... be it the welcome at reception, the morning buffet, the pool area, the restaurant - the service standard was fantastic. The staff at Taj Amer not only listened and took care of my requests , but went above and beyond to make the anniversary stay special for my family ( gave us a room upgrade,cake & a photo memory to make our stay memorable - yes small gestures matter!) We are definitely visiting frequently!

Fantastic Hospitality and a beautiful Property I would like to say that the team in Taj Amer is just superb and fantastic. When it comes to hospitality, guest experience these guys didn’t leave a single stone unturned. The word “NO”, “Sorry we don’t have”, “Sorry we can’t do” do not exist in their dictionary. Each and every member has a smiling and happy face, keeps on greeting the guests and makes them feel so special. They went over and beyond to make our stay one of the best trips and to ensure that whenever we go for a vacation, we only stay in IHCL properties. The food was so delicious and outstanding. Cleanliness , hygiene , housekeeping was class apart. please ignore any negative reviews. it would all be a crap . The credit for this excellent trip goes to Mr. Shashi Thambi, Mr. Kamal bhatt, Mr Aman Pathak , Mr. Vivek Chand, Chef Ram Chef Devansh and most importantly the incredible women team. These guys are the assets of IHCL. In the end I would like to appreciate the efforts and leadership of GM - Mr Devraj for making such a wonderful team. Kudos. When it comes to hospitality TAJ will be a TAJ and no one can beat it .

Amazing experience. Great hospitality. Polite staff. Fast service. No rush for anything. Very good experience. Taj is training their staff to treat their customers with smile. I notice things thing whenever i visit taj. Earlier we used to prefer to go to hyatt in any city. But lately hyatt staff has started prioritising foreigners over indians. Like we are waiting for the service and they asking us to wait for 25-30 min. Because they are right now busy in serving foreigners. That's a very negative part of hyatt. But in taj every-time their staff wins my heart. My babies ti-ya and khushank are recalling the staff. See how friendly my 4 years kids felt. Some name i even remember in these 3 days stays swastika, sameer, chef ram, saurabh. Very good ambience. Aroma. Feel, cozy bar. Loved everything. Will visit again. No doubt.

It was a nice stay with taj. The taj amer in jaipur is highly praised for its luxurious amenities and regal atmosphere. The Taj Amer, Jaipur offers opulent rooms, an impressive infinity pool, excellent dining options, and attentive service. The property is brand new and built excellent. The architecture is modern and compliant to global standard. Yet there are artifacts which remind you of royal living. The staff is courteous, prompt and welcoming. Food options(breakfast and meal) at shamian (their restaurant) has lot of options to offer, delicious and sumptuous. House of nomads is the in-house bar and quite spacious. They are located little away from city’s hustle and you may need to consider at least 30-45 minutes additional if you wish to visit city’s attractions. But this also keeps you near nature and at a calm pleasant location.

Had the pleasure of staying at the newly opened taj amer for two nights. What a stunning property, the attention to detail is immaculate. The entire team led by the gm mr devraj, is so attentive and they make you feel like home. The food - lal maas and the saffron risotto are outstanding. Get fabulous cocktails at the house of nomad, relax at the spa with amazing therapies. I could go on. The views of the mountains and of course the terrace infinity pool. All in all a must visit for an amazing getaway. Will be back soon!

Location very good. Ambience excellent. Best of amenities in rooms. The only issue is food. Buffet overpriced @ 3000 per person. With limited menu. Otherwise, a good stay.

Our every small need was taken care of even without asking for it. Especially the restaurant staff. Very dedicated, passionate and hard working staff in shamima’s restaurant. Very well done rooms and Taj Amer, Jaipur. Amazing infinity pool experience. Outstanding food. No need to go anywhere else.

Well taj has been trusted name so, there was no question of having un-pleasured stay. Stay was really very good and immensely polite and caring team made the stay much more beautiful. It was a family stay & everything related to kids need was beautifully taken care off.

Great place if you just wanna come and chill for a few days. A little far from the city but makes up for it with the service provided.

Would definitely recommend this place as we had a wonderful stay with great hospitality. Food quality was good. The response from staff was on point. Only one thing had noticed that the swimming pool at top was not temperature controlled.

No doubt property is beautiful. Food is amazing. But there is no dinner buffet( it’s depend on occupancy)nd for us holiday means good food. Staff is very humble always ready to help. Overall we enjoy a lot

The property, staff, food. Everthing is excellent. Me and family enjoyed every moment of our stay. The staff had a surprise for my daughter on her birthday and she just loved it.
