From the moment i arrived, i was impressed by the exceptional level of service and the attention to detail that the Taj Aravali Resort & Spa, Udaipur staff provided. I recently had the pleasure of staying at taj aravalli and i must say, it was one of the finest stays i've ever experienced! my family and i thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our time there. The attention to detail and commitment to perfection by the staff truly made our stay exceptional. One of the standout moments was celebrating my parents' anniversary. I had requested a special arrangement and the team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. A special mention goes to sanjiv pathak from housekeeping, whose dedication and attention to detail were outstanding. He not only fulfilled all our requests but also decorated the room beautifully. His humble nature and exceptional service made a lasting impression on us. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the teams involved, including the restaurant staff who served delicious meals, the housekeeping team for maintaining impeccable cleanliness, the reception team for their warm welcome, and the cart-drivers who made navigating the resort effortless. Overall, taj aravalli exceeded my expectations in every way possible. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious getaway.

The property is nestled in the aravalis, slightly away from the lake, but i wouldn’t have it any other way. It’s supremely lush, very well maintained-blooming flowers, manicured lawns, small little details are taken care of. From the check in, till the time we left, it felt like the whole staff desired us to have a good time. It was not the typical pushy style, it was genuine. Every single interaction we had, from the housekeeping to the guest managers-same vibe across. Special mention to our relationship manager -mar ritesh who was immensely pleasant and very forthcoming. Also, mr manvendra at the restaurant, ms ipsita who was very kind, chirpy, warm all the same, to help us feel so special on our anniversary. I was so surprised that even the artifact shops in the lobby had such warm people. Special mention to the pool, they had a very controlled temperature and level of chlorine. I would very strongly recommend this place if you are looking at relaxing and coming back contented.

Swimming pool is the best place in the resort to be at. Big & clean swiming pool with a water fall in background, sirtounded by hills and lots of green trees with birds making sound. You do feel beauty of nature at its best like paradise and with a luxurious service. Kids theatre is also good. Squash, badminton, box cricket also good. Kids area is nice but can be improved. Game zone i will give only 1 star it needs improvement. A nice property can still be improved by providing better & more games at free of cast. There should not be any charge on some simple games like pool, badminton, squash, etc. Games & fun activities can be added to make the stay more entertaining. Music karaoke can also be added. Activities during breakfast & dinner are also good thing.

We reached aravalli taj on 4th and staff welcomed us with nice hospitality. The Taj Aravali Resort & Spa, Udaipur upgraded our room after they came to know that we came here for our daughter's birthday. The room was very good and in the evening we enjoyed the dinner with cultural music. Next day the housekeeping staff made beautiful arrangements for my daughter's birthday and they provided everything they can. Food and staff in the restaurant were amazing. The staff at reception was also very kind and helpful. Hotel rooms and outside were neat and clean. Hotel staff even packed food for my daughter for travel and also gave her a nice present. We were completely impressed by the level of hospitality and service provided by taj.

The resort entrance and reception area is grand and beautiful. The staff at reception assure a quick and hassle-free checkin. The golf carts to the rooms are frequent and comfortable. The resort is beautiful with a wonderful view of the surrounding aravalli hills and a variety of flaura and fauna. The rooms are quite specious and have all the amenities required. The cleaning and housekeeping were impeccable. The breakfast was good but could easily have some more variety. It was limited in options and for consecutive days had almost identical menu. A large section of the swimming pool was closed in the mornings. The staff members were welcoming, prompt and pleasant.

The property is huge, located peacefully surrounded by hills & is very well developed & maintained by planting lots of trees & plants! It kind of gives a visual treat of nature.The rooms are good & spacious & offer beautiful views! Food is good & what we loved the most was the courteous staff & their amazing hospitality at the restaurant Tiri. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property & were touched by the warm welcome we received on arriving at the property as well as while leaving from there! We were offered a small cake to cut which was really a very sweet gesture by the staff members Gulshan, Tarun & Manoj. Will definitely visit again sometime!

We received very warm welcome when we reached the Taj Aravali Resort & Spa, Udaipur. In restaurant staff was very courteous. Ms aman mr. Amit and mr jitendra in the restaurant took good care of us and made our visit memorable by arranging cake for our anniversary celebration, when they came to know about our anniversary. At the time of check out we were presented with our photograph taken during camel ride, this has made our stay in the resort memorable. In nutshell we really enjoyed our stay at resort. We used spa facilities as well which were class apart and thoroughly relaxing.

Beautiful place, nice Taj Aravali Resort & Spa, Udaipur, good food, nice staff, only con is less option for non vegetarian, i mean almost no options.

We stay for 3 days here and it is a best place for summer vacation between the hills of udaipur. Large swimming pool for kids as well. Food was very delicious in breakfast and large menu for dinner with option for children. Room was neat and clean. Supportive and responsive staff. Caring nature of valet parking staff specially kamalbhai.

A nicely landscaped property offering serene views, signature taj hospitality, well kept cottages & average food! the luxury tents are worth it.

I was staying with my kids. My both kids received so many surprise gifts during our stay. Specially mr vishal from housekeeping was very generous with gifts. I was celebrating my birthday and i was pleasantly surprised with decoration and cake inside room. The staff from restaurant was also very kind. Particularly ms aman, neha, surender, shelly were particularly helpful. Overall excellent stay. Thank you.
