I booked tent and it was in a horrible condition. Water was dripping from the ceiling, dirty door and the room

The property, the room and the services are excellent but they have a vey limited food options and that too was not very good. The restaurants have a limited menu

Not a Taj experience we have stayed in taj properties earlier as well everything was perfect but not this time check in was smooth people were welcoming but due to an ongoing wedding function everything was engaged common spaces were being decorated and everyone was occupied for the first time I felt the food was not good at taj the buffet was very average with very limited options for the whole night we could hear the people decorating the spaces and was disturbing us My suggestion is that if there is a function planned please do not take bookings for other guests the overall stay was average and not a Taj experience

Being Taj, it is a 5Star property - huge and awesome with beautiful surroundings. If you plan to simply relax and unwind in a property at Udaipur, this is the place. It is around 35-40Kms from airport (app. 12-15Kms from city) so if you have planned to move around in the city, local markets, etc, this could be a bit far away and add for additional transportation cost and travel time. Always at your service staff, good variety of room options depending on how much you wish to spend. Good options of indoor/outdoor games available at your disposal depending on your interest & energy levels. Overall, a wonderful experience- to be remembered for a long time for sure!!!

Excellent stay. The hospitality was top notch. Each and every aspect of this 2 day stay was 10/10. All the staff and amenities were the best you can find in India. Rooms were great, food was awesome and the service was heavenly. Two people who stood out were Mr Suraj and Mr Kamal.

At the time of booking bathtub shown as a main amities but there is no bathtub in the room this disappoints me very much spacial in this type of 5 star hotel, this is the second time when MMT disappoints me and this is my last time with MMT booking thanks.

Dear Team, I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team at Taj Aravallis, Udaipur. The warmth and attentiveness of the staff made our stay truly special. On the day of our departure, when the entry bridge was flooded and water was overflowing, your team went above and beyond to ensure we could still make our flight. A car and driver were promptly arranged, a staff member personally coordinated with CISF personnel at the airport, and even the General Manager himself stepped in to support us. Thanks to these extraordinary efforts, we were finally able to take our flight. As I understand, this is a serious issue that can arise during flooding, since the entry bridge is the only way in and out of the property. This makes it not just an inconvenience but also a potential risk, and I believe it is important for this to be addressed as early as possible. It is the genuine care, dedication, and personal involvement of the team that truly reflects the spirit of Taj hospitality, and we are deeply grateful for all the support extended to us.

The hosipatlity was wonderful. The best part of the stay is they have taken care of the kids very well. The arrangements of baby food is beyond imagination.

I loved everything about this hotel, from room types, customer service, and facilities to the serene pool area and gym facility. I will recommend others for sure!

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at the resort. The resort has everything that one needs for a restful holiday. The location is beautiful. the service is prompt and warm. we enjoyed the views from the bar where the house special cocktails are really well done!

The stay at Taj Aravalli was excellent. The property is very beautiful. The rooms are spacious with nice balconies. The activities and facilities available including the outdoor game area are pretty good. The staff is very courteous throughout the stay and assistance is available 24x7. The folk event is pretty pleasant as well.

RECEPTION EXPERIENCE Our Check Inn & Check Out Experience Was Good Staff Atul Handled us So well, They also gave of token of love marble statue on my wife birthday. ROOM EXPERIENCE Room Is Good And Spacious, Overall Experience was Good. IN ROOM DINING In room dining experience was not good. Food is delay upto 50 minutes, Food was ,Cold Not cost worthy quantity. Staff Shobit behaviour is good HOUSE KEEPING Housekeeping staff AMISHA is good, Cleaned Room So Well and take care of all anemities, No issue of security, calm behaviour BAGGI EXPERIENCE All Baggi Staff was good but i specally mention staff who ran baggi no. 20. He gave us complete resort tour with so much details. RESTAURANT TIRI & JAVITRI EXPERIENCE Great Experience Food Was good and so much variety Separate Veg, Non veg section Rajasthani Thali Taste was good Restaurant Staff Gulshan,Neha, Manvinder, Surender, Madan take care of all requirements. Staff Gulshan also arrange cake for my wife at restaurant tiri. STAFF RAJINA arrange packed food for us on day of check out for travel. RESORT EXPERIENCE Resort is full of greenary and gardens Amphitheatre Jharna Garden is major attraction Highly Recommended For All.

Rooms are ok ok, but property is beautiful ..and service in room was really 50 out of 100. Though staff was very nice but somehow service in room was very very slow and low .....but amenities like sports and others were good enough ..👍

Had to listen to loud music in room beside even after asking for stopping it no response was there till 1 hour. More disappointed was when having my dinner they had stop me in between meal to ask for my room number when the moment i entered i wrote down it in the register they provided So being interrupted in between meal to be asked when i alredy gave the details was highly disappointing.
