I experienced warm welcome at reception on entrance ,in gym, in lobby 👌, This was as good as I had experienced in Surat Cities Taj Hotel couple of years back ..,on my first days stay I skipped breakfast as I was feeling shy to have my breakfast as I thought there id some VIP program to happen by seeing lot of welcome gifts , flowers kept all over ,I earn decent so prefer to stay in TAJ to experience the luxury but I am from small city so feel shy to face people staying alone , your staff make me feel comfortable and make feel comfortable by their smile when talking or getting in eye contact, I travel a lot for my business trips where in recent times use to prefer Raddison or Marriott Taj Chandigarhs due to their new easy availability via Make my trip , but my last 2 days stay at Taj Chandigarh has made me to think twice before booking any stay other than Taj group of Taj Chandigarh where it is available

We recently had the pleasure of staying for one night at Taj Chandigarh taj chandigarh, and it was a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the Taj Chandigarh's excellent location, nestled in the heart of the city. This prime spot made it convenient for us to explore some of chandigarh's most iconic attractions, such as sukhna lake and rose garden. Upon entering the Taj Chandigarh, we were warmly greeted by the courteous staff who promptly assisted us with our luggage and check-in process. The lobby itself exuded elegance and sophistication, setting the tone for our entire stay. We were quickly escorted to our room, which was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The view from our room was stunning, overlooking the lush greenery and cityscape of chandigarh.

The stay was very comfortable. The staff is very good the front desk lady mans i upgraded us to a club room as we were a family. Rooms are a lilo small for families. The rooms were getting cleaned everyday even though we had not requested. But i would want to mention that it is more like a business Taj Chandigarh and not the luxury taj. We did not have sleepers to be used in the room, shaving kit had to be requested for. The room was booked for 3 people but everything had to be requested to be given. I will definitely want them to up their game with the fine service which i have received from other taj. Hotels. Otherwise would recommend taj chandigarh for a lovely stay

Me and my friend booked taj for celebrating my birthday and it was nice experience. Taj hospitality was awesome provided with wonderful gesture of cake in room which made my day. Staff was very courteous and their buffet breakfast was yummy. Some points to take care, we used their pool but there was no one in changing room to help neither there was no staff at pool to take care. We have to look after somebody for ordering drinks at pool side. Felt staff was less or occupied. Overall stay was good.

Excellent Taj Chandigarh. Great service the room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, parul she assisted me. The location is great- very near central train station. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if im back in chandigarh. Thanks to divya and aman for beautiful service at buffet.

K. The stay was good. All the staff were very help full specially the kitchen staff at the time of having breakfast. They are very polite and very supportive. My son was with me and that was a fathers day and my son requested the kitchen staff to help him in giving surprise to his father and they have help him and he was very happy. I will share the pics with this msg. But i want the Taj Chandigarh house keeping staff to be bit more attentive.

A heritage Taj Chandigarh in heart of the city. Welcomed by a welcome drink and immersing sound of sitar. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The supplies are of good quality and ample in quantity. The view of room is either city view or rose garden view and we opted city view. The staff is very warm, welcoming and cordial. There were lot of options in food menu for buffet both dinner and breakfast. Highly recommended one.

Excellent property, yumm food, and cooperative Taj Chandigarh staff. All were so helpful and courteous. The room was near and clean in the non smoking area. The breakfast covered every aspect. Right from north indian to south indian to continental

Overall exlerience was good but i ordered food from live counter but it was delayed by 45 minutes

Taj chandigarh is the best property in chandigarh with best 5 star amenities. Main attraction is its beautiful lobby and lawns. All the staff is extremely kind, hardworking and helpful especially ms. Sushmita who provided very prompt food service during buffet breakfast. Food is delicious with wide variety. Rooms are spacious and clean with impressive interior. A must visit if you are in chandigarh.

Staff was very polite. I requested to make some special arrangements they made it very nice and decorated our room. Ajay was very nice for making our food available on our table that too very fast. Also he asked me if i would like to get some food packed for my kid. Great hospitality from his side. Thank you for the experience.

Location is great, food is average. I have had better experience at taj properties. Property has lost it's charm and popularity.

Ac wasn’t working but they immediately upgraded to a suite which was a delight sockets needs to be worked upon
