Great stay at cidade de goa heritage. It was different experience from other properties of taj. The theme, colour texture, design was fresh feel. May not be a private beech resort but it is more than a kind of it. The welcome to checkout was top notch as usual like taj. The cidade de goa heritage with luxurious touch of taj made it so special place for stay. May be one of the finest lobby of goan properties i have experienced. The view were so beautiful from the lobby. With 4 unique restaurants offering traditional goan, portuguese, barbecued and multinational food variations were special. The large beech facing pools, easy access to neat and clean beach with activities was splendid. The property offers everything from drop/pick, spa, saloon, etc. 20 minutes of heritage walk gets you complete idea behind the development of this unique property. Room facilities were at par with taj facilities with all top quality amenities provided. The property never let you know that guest is in 5-6 km away from panjim city! the staff were so caring and ever ready to serve you. Welcoming the guest with typical goan music was so cool! ms. Priyanki, ms. Riya did provide us a care and attention, may be best example for great hospitality. The surprise guitar live session of mr. Ashley during breakfast was never seen or experienced anywhere we stayed till now. May be good light soothing music at breakfast is a best thing, wish taj to continue it here. Overall a feel good experience and wishing to return for future.

Property location is awesome. We stayed in Luxury Room sea facing with sit-outs and can't explain the view of sea,especially during high time is so precious we never forget for life. This is our first visit and stay at any Taj Property and TRUE to its brand name "Taj Hospitality" where customer happiness and delight is first. During check in due to some unexpected circumstances it got delayed by two hours and as a gesture they have given us(whole family) complimentary high tea.It's really rare. As unexpected entrance test come up clashing with checkout time,we have to reschedule our departure and we requested them this situation and surprisingly they have given us an extra room on no cost from 12-5 pm. Such a sweet gesture and large heartedness. We really thankful for all of you. This visit,location,mesmerizing sea views,their hospitality we'll cherish for ever.

I must say, it was a delightful experience. One distinguishing factor was their people—highly courteous, thoughtful, empathetic, and customer-friendly. The smiles on their faces and surpassing our needs at every interaction won us over. They not only made sure that we got the best rooms, food, and comfort, but also ensured that our kid created memories and enjoyed to the fullest. They gifted three different toys—a monkey, a parrot, and a rhino—whenever they wanted the kid to be pleasantly distracted, allowing my wife and me to enjoy our time. The property was one of the best, with surreal views overlooking the beach. You will find a diverse crowd with different ethnicities equally enjoying their stay. We will definitely be returning customers and will surely refer our friends and family. Next time, I will be visiting with our parents and in-laws.

It's a great experience at taj cidade de goa heritage. I booked in september 2024. There's a direct excess to sea beach. This beach is good for evening walk and strolling. Heritage value of this Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage, Goa as it's designed by eminent pad-ma shri architect mr. Charles correa. Old rooms built in 1980s are small, but new rooms of later extension are of very very good size. King size bed. Surprise to experience a heritage walk by ms. Nikita, she gave me a good composition frames of Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage, Goa. Restaurant having very nice service. All staff adds to the overall value of Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage, Goa. Especially mr. Dattaram and mr. Rajaram. I recommend those who wants peace, beach strolling, good service of staff, architecture values.

Taj Heritage is a beautiful place to stay to enjoy scenic views just next to the beach, fantastic hospitality, variety of delicious items in the Buffet. I am really pleased to mention that the staff ensures the comfort of kids, would like to special Mention for Rahool M and Vidhya Gawas who went above and beyond to take care of my kids demands.Also, The kids activity room is not just a place to play with toys, in fact there are two craft teachers Jyotsana and Anushka who are really helpful and engage the kids in learning craft items, playing puzzles. Kids really enjoyed and spent hours in the place. Overall an amazing place to enjoy your vacation with exceptional services of Taj😊

This is one of the best 5star property by the scenic and beautiful beach access. The food is awesome to taste with the very good seating area with the view for the beach. They have well planned kids area where proper care is taken of. You can easily leave your kid with the caretaker. The swimming pool is just the one i would definitely recommend with 3 separate pools with different depth; neat and clean indeed. The reception and the service personnels especially mr. Mange-sh (in house keeping section) are very polite, well behaved and handled the concerns whatever we demanded very generously. One won't regret staying here as the property is quite large.

Very good food. Exactly on sea beach. Very good service. All entertainment like casino, dinner cruise, sunset cruise within 10 to 15 minutes

It is a great place to relax and enjoy the amenities. Private beach is the highlight. Ample food options and good service. Only drawback is the lack of elevators which caused a little trouble to senior citizens on moving around, but apart from that very satisfied with the overall stay.

Such an amazing property. Its vibrant, full of natural sunlight, huge lobby overlooking the sea, rooms are beautiful, so many pretty corners, amazing pool❤️

Given that it was a beach resort, it was one of the best places to stay to enjoy with family and friends. The food options were delicious and the staff was courteous. The only feedback i would add is to improve the room service. 25 - 30 min per request is a lot. Overall, it was a great stay, and i would recommend everyone.

The property is amazing, hospitality of taj is unquestionable. We just had a problem with breakfast as the quality was not up to the mark which was unexpected .

I reached late at Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage, Goa. But it was good experience. At morning i went at sea and it was amazing. Breakfast was amazing.
