The staff is extremely cordial and helpful, they are always looking to go above and beyond to meet the guests expectations. The complimentary seasonal fruit plate is definitely a nice touch. Staff : helpful and really sweet. Facilities : the facilities are exactly what you would expect from a taj Taj Club House, Chennai and inline with everything mentioned wile booking. Food : the breakfast spread is good and fresh it also has sufficient healthy options. Thank you to the staff at the reception who helped me with quick checkin, checkout and everything in between, i truly appreciate it. Special thanks to breakfast buffet team - nikita, sane and manisha who were very pleasant and ever helpful with a smile on their face. Also the folks working behind the counters making the delicious food!

Taj is taj. So that hospitality, cleanliness and everything else is uniform in whichever taj Taj Club House, Chennai you go. This property is located in the heart of the city. A little over crowded so the check in process was longer. But nonetheless everything was just good. Just a word of caution for old age people who want sound sleep in night. This property has a club at the ground floor. It's sound proof. But you still get that bass thump in night. We could manage it. So no problem. But people who are sensitive to sound at night may find it little troublesome

Great location, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Taj Club House, Chennai. Everything about the Taj Club House, Chennai was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The entrance area is big and waiting area is also too big. Front desk services are very helpful they even allowed me to do early check in free of cost. Normally their check in time is 2pm but they give me a room at 12:15pm. There are lot of options for food. For pool you have to carry your own swimming costume. There is a gym in terrace along with pool. They deposit my luggage and i can collect from them later on, by that time i can freely roam around and explore chennai.

We had a 4 days stay at taj club house chennai, this was our second visit to this property, repeat booking was done and got the same hospitality from the staffs, executives, rooms were neat, well maintained, being old property though lilo furnishing is required. For room allocation got sheila who was so enthusiastic and helped till end, my 4 years old son never used to come out from the restaurant area because of nikita's affections n care, over all we had a comfy stay

The Taj Club House, Chennai took 20 minutes to locate our reservation. Apart from that, the stay was enjoyable. Location of the place is very convenient

The stay was excellent. Rooms were very nice. Bathroom was clean. Buffet breakfast was marvelous. Staff behaviour was good.

It was lovely staying in taj. We had an amazing stay the staff was friendly and warm. They helped in every possible way. We liked the hospitality and the food was delicious specially the thali. And regarding hygiene and cleanliness we will give 10 out of 10. Overall it was really a great experience staying there for two days.

Had a very comfortable stay, at a good location. For dinner had ordered a club sandwich and mississippi chocolate pie and it was sooo good.
