I stayed at this beautiful property a couple of days ago. It is just a few meters away from kochi airport which makes the location a great advantage. A new property with ultra clean spacious rooms. The staff are super friendly. I received a call from the Taj Cochin International Airport, Kerala asking me if i need any special arrangements before i arrive and i think this is something very warm and caring about guests making sure we have a comfortable and pleasant stay. I made few requirements and they got everything done. You ask anything and the staff will make sure its done. I am surprised by their level of commitment they put in to make us feel extra comfortable. I highly recommend to stay at this property and feel their hospitality. I would like to thank guest relations executive ms khushboo gupta for contacting prior to my arrival, making sure all special requirements were met at Taj Cochin International Airport, Kerala creating a luxurious environment and for constant help she extended throughout my trip. The location is perfect—close to the airport and easily accessible, making travel hassle-free.
