Taj deccan at hyderabad is one of the heritage properties of taj. The infrastructure, the building, the interior has a touch of 90’s which makes it beautiful, but what makes the place super special are the people who come together to make sure everything is working in tandem. And somehow this makes you feel like you’re at home! right from the moment i entered the lobby aastha welcomed me with the taj welcome. What made it special ? her genuine smile! asma and sachin at the front desk were very polite not only because it was their job but they seemed like genuinely polite people. They were proactive and eager to help. Further on the front desk manager, miss neetu was just so authentic. She was there constantly not only assisting the guests but also her staff. She holds brilliant leadership quality. Her team at the front desk looked very happy to be working with her. It’s normally said to know how excellent the manager is, you look at their team. I am must also mention the bellboy nagesh his dedication and love for the Taj Deccan, Hyderabad was pleasantly surprising. From the time he picked my bag to the time he dropped me off to my room. He was not only enthusiastic, but he seemed to be in love with his job. Just as i thought, this positive atmosphere had filled my heart, that’s when taj surprised me with satya and krishna who work in arena. They were efficient, friendly and did i mention their attention to detail? their knowledge of the menu was impressive! karan from the housekeeping on the second floor made sure i was comfortable. My room was clean and drinking water was always available. Now let me tell you about the gym!tajuddin the gym instructor was not only knowledgeable about his job but was extremely helpful. He was proactive and with so many guests he was still able to cater to each one of us. There was another guest with a frozen shoulder who was working out, and tajuddin helped him with his workout and made sure that he didn’t injure himself. It takes a lot of dedication for one to pay attention and manage so many guests in the gym each with their own demand! and then i meet suresh the general manager. He was a thorough professional, very welcoming and looked after every guest, checked on them during their breakfast, dinner and the lobby he made sure everyone was happy and satisfied with their stay. I also would like to mention chef manpreet who is excellent, not only when it comes to food, but even when it comes to understanding what his guests need. He goes out of his way to make guests feel special. All in all the positive, authentic and organic experience makes taj deccan a genuinely wonderful home away from home.

I recently stayed at TAJ BANJARA and wanted to share my experience. The rooms were well-furnished but could benefit from a refresh; the décor felt a bit dated. The amenities provided were decent, with standard features such as a mini fridge n all In terms of safety, the Taj Deccan, Hyderabad did a commendable job with security measures. There were visible cameras in common areas, and the room locks felt secure. Hygiene standards were generally good. The bathroom was clean, though the grout could use some attention. The food options were satisfactory, with a diverse menu at the on-site restaurant. The breakfast buffet had a good selection, but the hot dishes could be warmer. The staff were courteous and attentive. Improving the efficiency of service could enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, while there are areas for improvement, the Taj Deccan, Hyderabad offers a comfortable stay with room for enhancement in service and facility maintenance.

I had a great time staying in taj deccan although i would prefer if they completed their renovations a little faster. Taj always provides excellent service, the whole staff is so polite and they would never say no to any of your request. They'll always try to find a solution to satisfy your needs. I would like to specially appreciate shravya from the reception as she was so helpful thoughout in providing help even in the night without any laziness and also vazra who was so energetic and had such a good vibe. During the breakfast i felt bad for him because of the number of times i asked him to bring me this or that and if i wasn't satisfied with the taste you use to bring it again till i was happy i felt so pampered and in addition i would like to appreciate venkat, satya, rajanikant, chef srinu and also rohit for their excellent service. Staying at the taj deccan hyderabad was a great and refreshing experience. Due to flight delay arrived pretty late but there was no issues from the Taj Deccan, Hyderabad side. They welcomed this tired traveller with much zest (missed the welcome drink. The location in banjara hills was easy to find by the cab drivers. Even the autos have an access to the area. So connectivity to any part of hyderabad is easy. The room was all ready for me & i loved the welcome note left in my name. Makes you feel welcomed. Had ordered a late dinner which was served with great care & the egg fried rice & juice was tasty. Next day's buffet breakfast was mind-blowing. They had all probable dishes served & their tastes were suthentic. One feels at home as you are looked after thoroughly.

Had a wonderful stay at taj deccan. The front desk associate was extremely helpful and gave us an upgrade. The food was excellent. All the buffet items were special and not repeated unlike other Taj Deccan, Hyderabad s. The room service for housekeeping etc was extremely prompt and accommodating. A special shout out to the hk manager ( i think ajay) who woe-ed us with his hospitality. The food and the hospitality will be the main reasons we will be staying again at the taj deccan next month. Hope to have a wonderful stay again
