I recently had the pleasure of staying at devi ratn, a luxurious boutique Taj Devi Ratn Resort & Spa, Jaipur in jaipur, and it was an unforgettable experience. Here’s a detailed review of my stay: arrival and check-in: from the moment i arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff greeted me warmly and efficiently handled the check-in process, offering a welcome drink that was both refreshing and a nice touch after a long journey. The lobby was stunning, with a blend of traditional rajasthan architecture and contemporary design. Accommodation: i stayed in a deluxe room, which was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all modern amenities. The room featured elegant furnishings, a comfortable king-sized bed, and a private balcony with breathtaking views of the aravalli hills. The attention to detail in the room’s design was evident, with intricate patterns and vibrant colors that reflected the rich cultural heritage of rajasthan. Amenities: devi ratna offers a range of top-notch amenities. The outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, surrounded by lush gardens and providing a serene environment for relaxation. Service: the service at devi ratna was exemplary. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From arranging local tours to providing insights into jaipur’s attractions, they were always ready to assist with a smile. Housekeeping maintained the room impeccably, and any request was promptly attended to. Overall experience: my stay at devi ratna was truly exceptional. The combination of luxurious accommodations, outstanding amenities, delectable dining, and top-notch service made for an unforgettable experience. The property is far away from the hustle of the city and lies perfectly for a weekend getaway. The rooms are done really nice with proper air conditioning all through. There are ample activities to try out to keep you occupied throughout your day, but most of them are payable. The property has a very cool and well maintained swimming pool. But it's really small if there are 10-15 people in the pool. With such a luxury property, they might as well consider getting another big size pool where one can actually get some swimming done. Secondly their changing rooms at the pool need maintenance and just one shower is not enough. Lastly the biggest disappointment was the food. When you come to a property away from the city you expect the food quality and taste to be great. But here nothing was great about the food. The dinner and snacks tasted very average and they seemed to have used low quality palm oil. You don't expect that from taj. The breakfast was equally disappointing. The parathas were half cooked and when ordered were cooked again, eating them made you almost puke. The bakery items were bad too. Despite the bad food, i still rate this property a 4 star, because it's a very well maintained property with great amenities. But would not visit again till they have at-least a full length pool with better changing rooms and food quality and taste needs to be improved massively.

Devi ratna is a beautiful resort located 20-25 minutes outside the city of jaipur. The property is huge and is right next to the leopard reserve. The Taj Devi Ratn Resort & Spa, Jaipur has excellent service from the front desk to bellboys and all of them are extremely courteous. Mr farhan, who is the manager, was particularly helpful and went out of his way to ensure our stay was nothing short of extraordinary. He upgraded our rooms without us having to ask for it and even allowed us to checkout late. The rooms were huge and had their own private lawns. They have high tea with rajasthan folk performances, electric bikes, pool, play area, adventure zone, spa and all the extra amenities on the property itself so you don’t need to step out and can enjoy your holiday at peace. It is a nice place to relax and spend your day. The breakfast was like all other 5 star Taj Devi Ratn Resort & Spa, Jaipurs and had a wide variety to choose from. We would highly recommend this resort to friends and family. Definitely better than most other 5 star properties we’ve stayed at around the globe.

One of the best luxury resort to stay if your in jaipur. Resort is so huge that we couldn't explore the entire resort even though we stayed for 2 days. The royalty and hospitality was top notch right from the check in to check out. At the front desk ask for farhan and pranavi, he was top notch explaining you about the property and he will make sure for an upgrade if the rooms are available and also helped in booking the vintage rolls royce ride. I have no words for the mandala bar on how its designed, a must visit at this resort. Ask for nilhil the bar tender who has done amazing cocktails for us. Breakfast for south indian can be improved and also a little more non veg varieties can be added during dinner buffet. However the chefs and the staff are so helpful to customized pizza and chicken fried rice for my kid at no extra cost. The only con is the approach road to the Taj Devi Ratn Resort & Spa, Jaipur, so plan your stay and sightseeing accordingly. All in all a great place to rejuvenate with your friends and family. Overall rating is 9/10

The property is very beautiful and provides scenic views almost from all the rooms.. staff was very courteous, and well trained, provided us free upgrade to jaipur suite.. all staff members have one motto … “to take care of you” . Restaurant vyom offers tasty food options and chef came personally to know our feedback. Sunita from in room dining service was very helpful and provided whatever was needed. The trip made our day, definitely recommended if you are looking for a beautiful and peaceful stay. Poolside(jal) is one of the best attractions of the property and it also offers good amenities and games for kids… we had to stay longer than the standard checkout time and still the staff was very considerate and supportive.. just in case u r travelling with your furry friend.. the property is pet friendly too. Best room that i have stayed in till now

The stay was great - beautiful and spacious room, extremely courteous staff, brilliant design construction - felt like we were kings and queens living in a fort. The food however was a bit disappointing. We took the full package - that included breakfast, lunch, high tea and dinner. The breakfast had some good options such as ch-ole batture, live counters for parathas, dosas and omelette- but lunch and dinner left a lot to be desired. Felt like the food was more “americanized” - out of the 30+ items served, at least a few could have been prepared authentic. When you think of a luxury Taj Devi Ratn Resort & Spa, Jaipur like taj, you would expect food that takes you on a culinary adventure - which was not the case sadly. Will i stay here again - of course, for the amazing hospitality- but i would probably order on zomato or swiggy.

Our 3 night stay at devi ratna - jaipur was wonderful. This 20 acre property is excellent and feels like a resort nestled in aravalli mountains. The grand luxury room was very spacious, perfect for our family of 3, well furnished with a modern and large bathroom. Hotel staff was very courteous and took great care, specially subhash, saurabh, diljeet, ayush at restaurant and ganesh from housekeeping. Food was great and lot of traditional delicacies gave a homely touch. Evening high tea with cultural performances from local artists was really nice. The property is 15 kms away from city centre in a remote area, so hiring a car for outings is highly advisable as taxis from city refuse to come specially in the late evening. Overall we had a memorable stay.

We recently stayed at this property just before Chritmas for 3N 4D . We arrived around 9:30 pm from Delhi. We were extremely well received at reception by Ms. Parikshita. She upgraded us to the next category room ( Luxury Room ) which was just outstanding. Also as we arrived late and made sure to arrange dinner at the restaurant. Also Sp. thanks to restaurant team Mr. Pintu Restaurant manager Subhash Kushagra Naresh Pragati who made sure evey meal we took was beyond the expectation. overall the property is huge & worth staying for a true TAJ HOSPITALITY. Devi ratna resort exceeded expectations! impeccably clean rooms, top-notch amenities, and the staff, especially sahil at vyom restaurant, were incredibly polite and attentive. A delightful experience that i highly recommend!

Everything was upto the expectations as we are some what worried about weekend trip due to weekend rush in leisure resorts but as soon as we recahed there we felt a cool breezy environment due to water smooth proceedings from staff members. Overall 10/10 .

Magnificent property which is very well maintained and on top of it, warm and heart touching hospitality of the staff. Food is amazing with loads of varieties and unique flavorsome taste in every dish. The property has a very professionally maintained poolside and a lot of activities for adrenaline satisfaction. The staff keeps it up to maintain the ‘the taj’ benchmark hospitality. Must for family getaways.

Located on the outskirts of jaipur, this resort is perfect for a getaway. Rooms are spacious and aesthetic, hospitality was above expectations. We had an all meal inclusive stay, and got enough variety in the buffet for the same. Overall, it’s a beautiful property that offered us a memorable experience.
