Only exception was at activity centre and lobster shack. The ambiance of the Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, Goa, coupled with the lush surroundings, created a serene and rejuvenating atmosphere. Whether relaxing by the pool or strolling through the well-maintained gardens, every corner of taj Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, Goas radiates tranquility.

It was an awesome experience and i expected no less as i have been going to taj properties for last 25 years but exotica is a cut above. I have always stayed at the taj holiday village and taj aguada and it has been an exhilarating experience but exotica was once in a lifetime experience. Ken-sing and ganesh at the pool made it so special and siddharth and izam ensure my family had the most memorable bday experience as we had gone to celebrate my family’s b’days which included my mom and cousin brothers and sisters. With hand written notes to a specially curated cake it was an experience to remember a lifetime. Kudos to man-av who is the gm there for leading the team so professionally and inspiring them to deliver a great customer experience. Did not explore the individual restaurants but ordered everything that they had with in room dining which they smilingly accommodated as most of the food was not on the in room dining menu but i was not disappointed even once when i ordered outside of the menu. Food is delicious and i did not have to leave the property even once yearning for good food. I would recommend this property to everyone and would give it a 100% thumbs up. Thank you taj exotica again for making it a special vacation for me and my family.

This was one of the best stays we had with any 5 star and above property. What makes it special is not only the property itself but also its super courteous staff. They take the indian hospitality to another level. We opted for a sea view room. We were offered a free upgrade to a sea view garden access room upon arrival when they saw we had a super active kid with us! during our stay each one of the staff members ensured that our every need was taken care of. They treated us and every other guest as special as it can get. The resort was almost full to capacity, but due to its spread, we could still have a lot of private and quiet moments. There is private beach with sparse crowd at all times. This is a self-contained resort with a lot of activities for kids and adults alike. We are so glad that we chose this as our stay for our first family vacation to goa. Highly recommended for all travelers with young kids. The Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, Goa staff ensures that kids have the best experience.

A special mention to deeksha & puja at the front desk. Their professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness made a lasting impression on me from the moment i arrived. They demonstrated exemplary customer service skills, handling my inquiries and requests with efficiency and a genuine desire to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. From the cleanliness of the rooms to the quality of the amenities provided, every aspect of my stay was impeccable. The exquisite buffet spread at breakfast, lunch & dinner was exceptional. It was a memorable experience for myself, my family and friends.

We went for a 2 day stay in taj exotica with our family. Taj hospitality has no comparison and is out of the world, from the moment we check in to the end of our stay. The beach is so clean and refreshing which makes the stay memorable. Deeksha, who is the hospitality manager, is one of the amazing person i met others. She made sure our kids is engaged completely and went over and beyond to serve us in all our requirements. I would highly recommend to visit sangeeta and rajesh ji junk jewellery stall near breakfast area ( thursdays and sundays) for beautiful designs and worth prices. The in-house activities for kids are very engaging and mr. Vivek went an extra mile to engage our kid during the stay. Thank you taj for yet another beautiful vacation!

We had a nice stay at taj exotica in south goa recently. It is a massive 56 acre property on the benaulim beach with excellent rooms and environment. I've only deducted one point due to the lack of attention to detail to minor things. For instance, our rental car key had a f aux leather cover which was misplaced and though the security head kindly offered to replace/compensate us, it was still a minor lacuna. In the restaurant we noticed the staff was a little inattentive at times but that's fine considering the rush they were handling. Other than that, the staff were always available to help, extremely polite and passionate about service. Overall, if you're in south goa, i highly recommend this property for your stay. It doesn't get better!

I have been visiting south goa regularly at-least once an year, have been at major properties here like ramada leela itc and this year i choose taj. After completing my tour i really felt i made a fantastic choice, out of all the properties out of my experience list this is the best. Here staff is not just people for service but they really become part of your family, care is taken of the guests at every single step. Special thanks to gautam at the restaurant and malvika, sonali, narmin in the kids zone they really made us felt like kids again. In the restaurant anything not part of there buffet, chef went out of the way to arrange what you like not just what they have in the menu. It is surely a multiple visit resort. The best in south goa.

Place is really worth visiting. A must visit with your family. Resort is so big that it would take atleast 2 days to explore the facility alone. Very courteous staff and food is extremely good. Very polite staff. Private beach is very clean

Property is great. Ample amount of greenary to go around on bicycle and walk. Service is great and private beach is pretty decent with white sands even in monsoon. Most of the things in Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, Goa are complimentary like bicycle, high tea, swimming toys. Any point transport is available within 5 mins. Compared to st regis of my previous experience these things takes an unique advantage.

The place is beautiful and the room is very spacious. The beach is just 2 mins away so at any given time u can be on the beach. The restaurants are nicely located and serve awesome food. Sala de pranzo is an all day dining restaurant which serves all cuisines and the food is really finger lickin good. The staff is very courteous and helpful and they make you feel at home. We had the best time and wish to visit again very soon.

The property is enormous they have everything to do from golf to tennis you name it the only downside was the weather jun e wasn’t the best month to visit goa. Sent

I must say they have unmatched hospitality with so much care. Lots and lots of activities to engage. Walking distance to a beautiful beach with all water activities(paid activities.
