Every brick has a rich history and the Taj Hotels made us feel like royalty. A very enjoyable stay. Must call out Rama Devi who showed us around the Spa with such enthusiasm and pride. The resident historian Ms. Raes Kubra wove great stories that brought the regal past alive. Right from the GM Mr Shrikent to the Duty Manager Tejal Somani - everyone outdid themselves with their hospitality.

If anyone wants to feel what 'ROYALTY ' is then there is no better place than taj falaknuma.. was in awe the way they welcomed us with horse carriage and rose petals showered from above and the ultra courteous staff . I felt like a king . expensive though but worth it , it's a must visit place..Oops! it's a PALACE . Will definitely visit again

Property is great and the food is excellent. Their services like spa is freelanced and of poor quality, settlement while returning was terrible without any coordination wasting a lot of our time! Not worth the heavy amount they charge us. Room showed in booking was different from room received. Not good for stay, hi-tea would be sufficient to enjoy the property and booking a lunch/dinner would be a great idea.
