Taj Fateh Prakash Palace, Udaipur

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at taj Fateh palace. The experience we had at the Taj Fateh Prakash Palace, Udaipur was mind-blowing. The member of taj palace went above and beyond to make sure our stay was one of the most memorable ones. Right from the checkin & checkout process where Rahul ji put in all the effort to make sure we get the best of the rooms. The walk from the jetty to the lobby was also great with rose's petal shower and a royal umbrella. Since we were celebrating our anniversary he got our room decorated, gave us multiple surprises which included cake, colorful floral decorations, a bouquet, a photo frame with our picture from check-in. The serving staff at the dining also hit the ball out of the court. Mr. Rahul put in all the effort during every meal to make sure we got fed amazing Rajasthan food. They even made sure that we left the Taj Fateh Prakash Palace, Udaipur with an additional meal of dal baati churma and ghevar. We had reserved a unique dining experience where Hemanth made sure we had amazing pictures, food, and experience. The bartender jit was a magician at mixology. In general, every single person was very warm, helpful, and happy to help and accommodate every request we had. Ajay and Hemant were great as well. Overall the experience was so spectacular that if we get a chance we would visit again with a heartbeat.

First and foremost i would like to thank all the staff(mostly everyone) who made our stay a memorable one. The stay for us began way before the check-in time. We reached the Taj Fateh Prakash Palace, Udaipur around 10am. We got access to full property and could use changing rooms available near the spa. The changing rooms were clean and all the required bathroom essentials were provided to us. The city palace is accessible from the Taj Fateh Prakash Palace, Udaipur and golf car driver would drop you. They are friendly and guide you. We had a lake view facing room and the view of lake pichola and taj lake palace was mesmerizing. You could just sit be the window and enjoy the view. They had arranged a cake as we had booked for birthday. The only thing we missed staying at the Taj Fateh Prakash Palace, Udaipur was the night view of the Taj Fateh Prakash Palace, Udaipur and city palace. The breakfast next morning was tasty and had decent number of options to try. Mr. Kali singh thanks for your high quality service at the restaurant.

The location of the property is best in udaipur, you cannot have a better location than this along with the view. Service-10/10 food taste-10/10 food menu- menu needs to be updated they lack variety in buffet and specifically for non-veg options. Special mention to the staff at restaurant who were veey proactive to take care of your needs and special requests regarding foods. Manish- ensured that grill is ready for us which they couldn’t deliver in our first day breakfast but made sure that we get that the next day. Kalu singh, ramesh and blu singh were equally great at service. They have golf cart for drop to nearby points both the drivers indersingh and suresh are very co-operative and even gave their contact numbers for quick response for our picks ups and drops. Only lacking point is variety of food in breakfast buffet and no option of dinner buffet for majority of days in the week given the amount they are charging. Thanks!

The check-in process was super smooth and exciting as mr. Santhosh was kind enough to provide us a multi-level upgrade! at the lunch, we were treated with some extremely delicious trademark dishes like lal maas and dhungar paneer. But they tasted all the more better owing to the excellent services rendered by mr. Pawan kumawat. Not only was he extremely polite, but also an expert in serving food! do get in touch with him for some great services. Would also like to thank mr. Bhawar for rendering us with his housekeeping services. He ensured we had all the things needed to make our stay all the more comfortable. The property is a part of the lake palace and maintained by taj. The property is beautiful and right on the lake pichola. The pool was okay-ish (there is no kids pool. The buffet breakfast was not very expansive but overall the taste is awesome.

This is perhaps the best Taj Fateh Prakash Palace, Udaipur in udaipur with mesmerizing views from the room as well as from the sundeck restaurant. The staff is amazing and give a very warm and personal feeling to the stay. The Taj Fateh Prakash Palace, Udaipur offers a wide a-la-carte of food and the dishes were mouth watering. The chefs were kind to even prepare certain off-the-menu items for us as well. The rooms were well maintained and offered breathtaking views of lake pichola and the taj lake palace Taj Fateh Prakash Palace, Udaipur. Since this is a palace converted into a Taj Fateh Prakash Palace, Udaipur, the royal feeling doesn't seem to leave you. Special mention for narendra& sandeep from guest services, chefs hemant, harpreet & kartik and restaurant staff kishan and naval for going out of the way for making our stay a memorable one.

A brilliant stay with a view to die for. I traveled for work and i could stay only for a night, but everything about the Taj Fateh Prakash Palace, Udaipur was perfect. The food, the view and the room. Special thanks to the courteous staffs, especially mr. Sandeep who took care of all my requests. The sunset from the room was the highlight of the trip and it helps that the Taj Fateh Prakash Palace, Udaipur is right next to the castle, it is easy to take a stroll and be within the heart of the city.
A brilliant stay! i was traveling for work and i decided to stay in fete h prakash for a day. The room had a view to die for and everything about the property was brilliant. The Taj Fateh Prakash Palace, Udaipur staff was extremely courteous right from checkin to checkout. The Taj Fateh Prakash Palace, Udaipur itself is located right on the lake picbola within the city palace. There can be no better location to stay in udaipur. The view from the room of the lake was mesmerizing. In-spite of covid restrictions the Taj Fateh Prakash Palace, Udaipur was fully functional an f the buffet breakfast had decent variety and good quality. We had stayed for our anniversary and the Taj Fateh Prakash Palace, Udaipur made it a memorable stay. I would strongly recommend staying at the taj fateh prakash. The only small gripe i had was that the restraunt said that buffet dinner won't be serves during our stay but when we ordered room service we were told that a buffet is going on and we should try to have dinner there.

A relaxing stay! visited with family for 3 nights. The location on the banks of beautiful lake pichola is awesome. You get great and relaxing view of taj lake palace and boats from restaurants and rooms. The Taj Fateh Prakash Palace, Udaipur location as part of the city palace complex is the best you can find in udaipur. The markets and city palace are just a golf cart away. The highlight of the Taj Fateh Prakash Palace, Udaipur is of-course the exceptional hospitality of the taj staff with each and everyone from housekeeping staff to senior management all taking pains to ensure a comfortable stay. Finally the food was sumptuous with chef even preparing us an awesome rajisthani meal. Thoroughly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable place with heritage feel.

Taj is taj, beautiful, excellent, happening, peaceful etc will be all understated word, taj is beyond that. This property is very new almost 2 years old, i believe it's much better than taj lake palace, my honeymoon stay was so royal and peaceful. Will visit again, one of the best stay of my life.

To just summarise, best part of the stay was the location and the property. Amazing property with views of the pichola lake. All rooms/suites are great in size and amenities as compared to other similar category properties. The service slightly disappointed us especially because we expected from the taj brand. Primary reason for that was probably the property is short staffed especially post covid. But overall a great property to stay.

Amazing food with natural taste

Nestled within the magnanimous city palace the taj fateh prakash palace, used erstwhile for royal events, truly stands out for it's amazing decor, infinity pool with contemporary yet traditional architecture, uninhibited views of lake pichola & the hoopla around the best of mewar. An excellent stay, although a few minor discomforts could have been avoided. We have already told that to the front desk manager.
