Taj Fateh Prakash Palace, Udaipur

very good hotel and friendly staff. The buffet breakfast was amazing and very neat. overall we had a very good time staying at Taj. The view from the hotel pool area and lake facing room is amazing. adding to that they had a very prompt cleaning services.

A heritage property right in the middle of the city. Lots of activities within walking distance, including the City Palace. Expensive but highly recommended for the views. Take the lake facing rooms for the best experience. Good service staff, food and ambience.

Property location was excellent, right on the Pichhola lake. Property is a part of City Palace. Property is very beautiful. Food was good but breakfast buffet layout was limited.

Our stay at Taj Fateh Prakash Palace was a mixed experience. Some members of the staff went out of their way to be courteous and helpful while others were least concerned. The hotel delivers well on certain fronts—particularly in terms of scenic views, accommodation quality and food. However, inconsistencies in service, especially at the front desk and in family-oriented support, soured our overall experience.

Location: Excellent location with easy access to the city's attractions. Staff: Friendly, helpful, and attentive staff who provided great service. Rooms: Clean, spacious, stylish, and comfortable rooms. Food & Value: Delicious and reasonably priced food, with good value for money. Amenities: complimentary fruit, coffee, and a good breakfast buffet.

The pool had green all green algae on all the walls . Very poor sanitation . The changing room shower was broken . The steam room didn’t work . The locker was faulty . So there were a few glitches but the room and bathroom were good .

stayed at Taj Fateh Prakash from 12th to 15th and the experience was outstanding. The location has breathtaking views of Lake Pichola and the City Palace which made every moment special. The heritage architecture is beautifully preserved and the interiors reflect the grandeur of royal Rajasthan. The food was excellent, especially the traditional Rajasthani dishes, served with great care and presentation. Amenities were of the highest standard and the housekeeping was seamless. The staff was warm, attentive and genuinely made the stay memorable. This was a perfect blend of luxury, history and heartfelt hospitality.

I had a pleasant experience there. Everything was UPTO the mark. Felt like a princess over there. Would love to visit again
