Taj Fisherman's Cove Resort & Spa, Chennai

Rooms were spacious. Food at the restaurant was good and a variety of dishes were available for the breakfast buffet. Good location, AC and room to tech is too old.

Being Taj property, the ambience, the courtesy of the staff were as good as usual. Maybe this property needs an upgrade as it has been built a few years before. The food was excellent to the Taj standards and the outdoor was kept very clean. The lawn area, especially, it's not easy to maintain the beach, clean and neat, but the Taj staff were able to do it perfectly, and all the staff was so courteous. A new generation of staff have joined this property. Maybe they need some more training, other than that, it was fantastic to stay at this property.

Taj Fishermen Cove Resort Chennai, Very nice ambiance and peaceful atmosphere, rooms, swimming pool and seafood Bay restaurant was awesome. Beach was clean and maintained very well. Staff treated very humbly, especially at the main desk Nandhini ma'am she was so good to treat my children as well. Happy stay enjoyed, Thank you.

Have been a regular at fisherman’s cove !! If i have to say one thing about them it would definitely be their hospitality!! During my stay at taj they upgraded our booked rooms (both times) and have supported my every request!! A special mention to the hotel chef Mr.John for his exemplary service (the dosai he made us try was excellent) also wonderful hospitality by courteous staff Nishu , Naga & Susin !! Thank you for making my stay a memorable one !! Will definitely visit again !!

The stay was awesome . Nice staffs, they are doing the best in their business which is taking care of their customer as their own family members. Food is outstanding . Indeed a great stay and I would recommend to my fiends as well

Since we had booked during the festival time the occupancy was FULL.There was a delay in giving the room however as a courtesy the team gave us high Tea which was a noble gesture. The bed wasn't clean and sand was there in the bed. After complaining they came and did the cleaning immediately which was good We also requested for a urgent medicine and we were informed due to lil rush it will take 45 minutes howevrr that never came in till we checked out.This kind of services from the reputed Tata Group was next to impossible.Generally Tatas will have the best hospitality however few staff was rude as we checked out at 13.30 and informed the reception team that we will take few pics and stay for another 15 to 20 minutes. However the senior lady employee who was standing in front of the entrance was so rude that in front of family she was asking to some one standing nearby why these people are still here. This totally spoiled our mood too. Property is really good. However few staff will make whether u come back again. Receptionist and rest all the staff were very co operative except the senior lady employee. Overall towards the end it was really not a satisfying trip.

The property is located close to the beach & so nice. Food varieties & taste very good. Amenities upto my expectations. Services of all the staff are excellent. All staff are polite and co operative. Overall, it was pleasant.

stay was comfortable. staff was nice. food was average. I didn't like the buffet Spread. we had to order specially item other than ones in buffet.

Taj Fisherman's cove, a heritage property with all the modern amenities exceeded all our expectations. We chose this place for our 4 month old baby's first trip and it's probably the best decision of my life. All the staff right from check-in to room service were just exemplary. They even gave us extra diapers, a cradle, a stroller and happily changed the entire sheet, blanket, pillow cover when our cute little devil just spit a few drops of milk on the bed. Now coming to the food part, we had lunch & breakfast at seashell which was delicious, especially the breakfast. Chef John gave us special dosas & chennai omlette after learning that we've travelled so far just for a staycation and also gave us a few croissant & pastries for the road. Dinner at Upper deck was good but I would only recommend it for hardcore Italian cuisine fans. MMT gave us a great deal of night which was the cherry on top. Overall an amazing experience, highly recommended
